If I could give no stars I would. Do not rent here, terrible customer service unless your wanting to spend money. Will raise rates without notice and one hand does not communicate with the other.

I’ve been a renter from Northpark Storage & Business Center since 2009 when it was under original ownership. When there’s been an issue, which has occasionally happened over the years under original and new owners, it has been addressed quickly. Today was no exception. Thank you, Nick, for confirming all was well.

Nick Go was easy to work with when we sold our trailer & no longer needed the storage. We had no issues during the 2+ years we used the storage area. The lot is handy, right off of Northpark.
