Above all, I appreciate how QUICK you are. Most locations would tell you to come back is 24 hours to pick up. I have always been able to leave the same day with my items in hand. I needed fingerprinting and realized my appointment wasn't finalized after arriving. The woman with the accent and glasses encouraged me to stay and book an appointment in real time. The future appt confirmation allowed me to continue with the fingerprinting right then and there. She saved me a blank trip!!

sent something from here priority mail with tracking & the tracking never worked. only showed label created and never moved from that point. Young lady trying to convince me that this is typical. How many pieces of mail do you think I've mailed in my life to know that this isn't normal. Never! Never in my life have I mailed something with tracking and the tracking never updated. Then she attempted to gaslight me saying it's usps fault. Ma'am I didn't mail this from usps I mailed this via Postnet. Then she refuses me a refund of the $30 i spent when i don't have any notification of delivery or tracking. Smh.. save yourself just go direct to ups, fedex, or usps

Terrible experience, ordered a for sale sign that for some reason they thought it was one sided. They sign came in scratched, when I asked about the scratch they said it wasn’t like that insinuating that I did it. No option for returns or to get it replaced. This is the last time using their services

Trying to notarized a form for my son’s learners permit got refused. The lady works at the counter stating, she is not able to because I had already endorsed the signature block. My son then suggested reprint the form and not signing the form and she still refused. Never encounter a public notary such an arrogant and nonsense. Think business sense- It a DPS form lady SMH.

I tried to go to Fedex across the street for a simple print job, and unfortunately their self-service printing capabilities just took my money with no output. PostNet quickly got everything printed with a very responsive and helpful staff! Super affordable prices. Thanks for your help!

Very efficient and friendly! They took my order for a poster and had it printed instantly, whereas other companies told me it would take days to complete. Highly recommend!

I am not a leave a review type of person, but after frequently going to this location I just want to say the atmosphere is so unwelcoming. No greeting when you walk in and not to mention I just went in to drop some packages, the USPS lady is in there having conversation and I was told she would just have to check my packages in and pick them up tomorrow. Horrible customer service! I will continue going to the location on Wilson!
