We were trying to leave out the gate and the front desk agent was blocking area with her car parked she told us to back a 26ft truck up and go around so we didn't hit her car. BEWARE of rude people here. We have 5 storages and will be moving to a new location without the bad attitudes. BEWARE!!!

Went to go to my unit it was open no lock which I paid for and it had several dead rat body's with flies all over them very disgusting and no one at the office to talk to cause the office is locked so u have to talk to customer service

Reserving and leasing was a super smooth process, the PM Sa'Nay got me taken care of from A-Z in all of 10m and mind you I was a walk in. Love the rates, service is awesome. I am looking forward to my tenancy there.

Well I read some reviews before we moved in and unfortunately I didn’t heed warnings!! First thing I noticed were the Ants!! Big REDs MURDER ANTS!! As I was moving my box’s in(not food) they began to climb up my legs and biting me over and over!!! I have welts all over weeks later! Their gate closes at 9 which is also highly inconvenient!! I was moving in on a Friday when my boyfriend hurt his shoulder and had to rush to the hospital. We left some of our totes outside with a note, because it was late, we couldn’t get them bk in the truck and couldn’t go into the storage. The property manager STOLE ALL OF OUR THINGS and told us they were thrown away. Which I know was a lie because we looked in the dumpster on Monday morning!! Liars and thieves!!! After that we had it!!! Thousands of dollars GONE!!! We got hit with $600 in fees and when moving out, ALL OF OUR THINGS HAD ROACHES!!!! Roaches crawling out of EVERYTHING!!! Disgusting!!!! I read other reviews that confirmed our fears !!! Do not rent here!!

The manager at this facility is fantastic. She has been extremely helpful and has provided excellent customer service. She always goes the extra mile to help. We would recommend this facility to anyone.
