My experience was amazing with Drell. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is actually the first time that I feel so comfortable here. Many other times I had come no one is at the office. Please try to have someone always there even on weekends to help customers.

I don’t know what is going on with this place but here lately there has been a big change to the grounds as there is trash everywhere surrounding the gates dumpster. Even over the fence next to the gates and locked dumpster. Maybe this dumpster should be open for use by the people paying for a storage unit. It’s getting out of hand and no one is picking it up. Clean it up and my review will all look different.

My experience with Drell was amazing! She throughly went through the information with me on how to obtain my unit! She also gave me a tour to decide which unit was best for me! Drell is very friendly and professional!

Gladys provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She took the time to make sure we were well taken care of, answered all of our questions, and ensured everything was handled properly. She made the entire process easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. Her great sense of humor and friendly attitude truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. And that level of service made a lasting impression. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend.

First time renting a storage unit. Ms. Gladys helped me out and was the kindest and sweetest woman ever. She walked me through the units, and did a tremendous job answering all my questions.
While filling out paperwork, a woman came in who was extremely rude, demanding, and argumentative. Ms. Gladys was extremely respectful and handled it with class even after the woman stormed out because she didn’t get what she wanted. Ms. Gladys kindly smiled and continued to help me out. This woman is a saint and true gem to this business. Reason Il be recommending this store to anyone I know moving.

Gladys was great & made checking in my reservation to book a storage unit effortlessly easy great customer service
Update this location is horrible when it comes to moving out the unit the hours on the site are completely wrong, nobody ever answers the phone, I had a scheduled move out for yesterday 1-2-26 & couldn’t access my unit & no one was on the property to help & the phone numbers didn’t work cause no one never answered the phones. I drove over 4hrs & had to stay the night here it’s currently 10am & the store is still closed no employees in site

Appreciate Ms. Gladys for being very helpful in updating information on my account and getting us squared away. She is very funny and a pleasure to work with. As for the storage, I am happy with how secured the facility feels for my belongings. I believe it would be fairly difficult for a thief to have access to the interior units. Im happy with renting a space from this location!

The place closes at 9pm, if you get stuck they will not help you! They will tell you that you are trespassing and will not offer to help you. The woman over the phone said word for word “You’ll have to stay there till 6pm when someone comes in for their shift. Like hello?? You’re going to keep me captive?? Hold me hostage? DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE.
Unbelievable to be treated this way!!
