I walked in today for my scheduled appointment only to be informed that they claim I owe $ and I couldn’t check in without paying. Even though I have the money to pay it’s the principle. I’ve been a customer since 2022, I have always paid before leaving like everyone else, and this is the first time I’ve been informed of owing anything. Why couldn’t they have texted me or called letting me know before hand when they texted me about my appointment.
I have insurance that they overcharge approximately 2.4x what the cash pay is. You pay when you leave. They have no integrity and give surprise bills for 1/2 a year earlier. And this extortion ring now requires payment for the surprise bill before getting treatment.

Please stop forcing me into the automatic blood pressure machine. It always reads high and even though I tell the nurse this I'm still forced to do it. Thereby putting me through unnecessary procedure and increasing my anxiety without justifiable cause.

Unprofessional providers they need better providers here because the providers that are there currently don’t seem to know how to answer questions about the services offered here but are quick to put a needle in you.

My boyfriend came into the clinic. He has been on TRT for nearly 2 1/2 years And there’s a nurse there who was not very helpful to him seems like a place that just wanna get you in and out not really concerned with your overall health. Not to mention, it is very frustrating when you have computers handling your personal information at check out versus customer service.

Great staff but the new check in kiosk needs to be spaced out more or have dividers. Your entering important and private information. Shouldn’t be forced to use a app for privacy.

Terrible fine print politics. Called explained situation, made appointment, not until I refused treatment long term did they inform me they refused to test my levels. Very misleading and wasting everyone's time. If your looking for to test levels dont let them waste your time

Been going here for a very long time. They don’t call you about anything, only appt reminders. They failed to call me when a payment didn’t go through and instead waited till I came back to office to say I owe double after drawing my blood for no reason but to tell me they can’t do it and that I would have to come back and do it again when I can pay double. Not very great on the customer service.

Get a second opinion I went to my urologist after I went to synergen a week later and my t level was over 600 went I came to synergen my test was below 200. Don't just jump on the treatment get a second opinion. Eat healthy get plenty of rest , exercise

All the staff here are excellent, Niki, Courtney,Kayla, Amanda, and all the Ma’s . They are very informative and have great customer service. Which makes like a welcoming atmosphere. I just love my Clinic

Started therapy a little over a year ago. I recommend to anyone who is aging and feeling sluggish. I'm 46 years old and since I've been coming I feel like I'm in my twenties again! And I want to give a shout out to my girl Ebony because I have had problems the whole time I've been coming here with blood draws and nurses finding my veins but this girl is awesome! If you have problem veins ask for her, she can ease your anxieties of being jabbed!
