Jessica was so helpful to me, she was able (by phone) to verify my insurance coverage and schedule my appointment the same day. Cami and Dr. Christine were both very professional in getting my eyes prescreened and examined. Thank you all for your kindness.

In my experience (gauged from multiple interactions), I find everyone from the front desk, to lab techs, to the doctors, to be friendly, courteous, prompt, proficient at what they do, and excellent communicators. A great experience from start to finish.

Always get the best customer service from the Kingwood location on Kingwood Dr., from the reception desk to the doctor. Really appreciate the help I had picking out my glasses. A hard decision was made easy. Thanks for your patience.

I have been coming to Vision Source for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. All the personnel are top notch! I wear progressive lenses and even my prescription has never been handled incorrectly!

Dr. Khalaf is awesome! The staff are always courteous, you never wait long and I think this is the best group of eye docs I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot!

It was our first time coming to the office and we loved Dr. Erin. She took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. Angel also helped us choose a pair of glasses for my daughter that really fit her face, she absolutely loves them. Overall it was a wonderful experience and everyone was so helpful!

Dr Erin and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming as well as professional and did a great job informing me of what/why tests were for and the results during the exam. The staff that helped with frames and lenses order was also extremely helpful! Have definitely found my new optometrist for as long as they're in business!

People were great. Getting a prescription filled not so good (out of stock, couldn't look elsewhere without RX name, Staff did not know non-generic name and script generic name 100 letters long). Doc professional and pleased with all interactions there.
