“Honestly I don't understand all of the negative reviews. It's really sad that just because things aren't exactly how someone wants they have to knock this bank as a whole. Everyone is very nice and go the extra mile to help if there is any confusion or issues. I actually went to see about a loan and one of the clerks showed me how to check my credit and we wound up finding out that my identity had been stolen to run up credit cards. People on here say they don't have drive through but that is for safety reasons . Honestly I prefer the interaction . They literally greet me at the door when I come and I feel at home. Why don't people stop complaining about the one thing they don't like and be grateful about the dozens of things that is good about them. Most of the negative comments don't even specify why they don't like pnx they just say it's horrible. Is there anything I don't like? Yes there is actually I don't really care for the percentage of interest that you get from the savings but someone else might. Thankyou PNC Bank for being so awesome and community oriented.”
