Honestly I don't understand all of the negative reviews. It's really sad that just because things aren't exactly how someone wants they have to knock this bank as a whole. Everyone is very nice and go the extra mile to help if there is any confusion or issues. I actually went to see about a loan and one of the clerks showed me how to check my credit and we wound up finding out that my identity had been stolen to run up credit cards. People on here say they don't have drive through but that is for safety reasons . Honestly I prefer the interaction . They literally greet me at the door when I come and I feel at home. Why don't people stop complaining about the one thing they don't like and be grateful about the dozens of things that is good about them. Most of the negative comments don't even specify why they don't like pnx they just say it's horrible. Is there anything I don't like? Yes there is actually I don't really care for the percentage of interest that you get from the savings but someone else might. Thankyou PNC Bank for being so awesome and community oriented.

A disgusting corporate machine that bought and ruined a once friendly community oriented business. They are not friendly to the elderly, disabled, or underprivileged.
Just today they turned away a loyal customer in multiple of the above categories and refused their deposit because they were related to the teller. When asked if the manager could take the deposit, the manager instructed said customer to come back next time they could get a ride to the bank and hope a different teller was available.
One would think a person capable of managing a bank could manage to accept a deposit. Not at PNC.

Closed the drive thru. Made things way less convenient. And apparently now they can't even make change; imagine that at a dang bank. Wanted to deposit $49.35, brought in $50.00 and they couldn't give back the $0.65. So let me go change all my accounting now. So annoyed. Nothing is ever simple here.

The people are nice. The bank services are terrible though since pnc took oover. Looking forward to changing banks soon, pnc is garbage.Waited 4 days to get my paycheck because of Sunday, new years, Monday banker holiday, and an extra day because mobile deposits take 2 "business days" if done on a "holiday". :(

Would be great if they had given any notice that they where shutting down for a none federal holiday. Also would be great if you would fix your atm so I could deposit checks when you do randomly decide to shut the bank down for random obscure holidays. Also could you open the lobby already we are in phase three and to be honest even when the lobby was open you where painfully slow. With the lobby closed its unbearable. If there where any other options for a bank nearby I would switch come Monday..
