I called today with a simple question, and the woman who answered the phone was unnecessarily rude in her response. Regardless of the day someone is having, professionalism and courtesy should be maintained when speaking with customers. This interaction reflected poorly on the level of customer service I expected.

My postal problems have never been with the local PO. It's the US Postal Service that needs to be revamped. They do need extended hours for those of us who work and can't get there between 8:30-3:00.

The post master needs his attitude checked. Absolutely not a people person at all & was very rude with his tone. So glad my taxes are being put to good use lol.
