Amazingly fast and great service. Mr. Holland was extremely helpful.
2nd visit the Branch. Ms. Lynch the manager was extremely helpfu, and things went smoothly and fast.
I highly recommend this Branch. 👌

I went to this bank to withdraw almost $600 out of my account around 10:30pm. The machine was taking a while to dispense the money. I figured it must’ve been counting then all of the sudden the ATM crashes and says sorry we can’t dispense your money right now. They took the money out of my account and in return I left with nothing. I immediately called the claims department And they made me wait until morning to get my money credited back to me. Finally, I think everything’s OK. My money is there. I do my business and the next day I see that this bank allowed the ATM charge to follow through now making me negative in funds. I tried to get in contact with the bank itself. It’s very difficult. They will not pick up the Phone. I called the claims department again and they’re telling me I could possibly Back as late as June 2. Absolutely unacceptable and a poor poor active service on this bank’s Behalf. Save yourself the trouble do not go to this location

Customer Service was great Jody took care of all my business needs I didnt feel rushed and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before I left will definitely make this my home bank because of the experience

The atm line was sorta long so I went inside the branch. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the business or ever asked if I needed help with anything.
I only went in for a quick transaction and Angie that was working the drive-thru assisted me. She was very polite and apologized about the short time that I had to wait.
I didn’t have a bad experience while visiting, and Angie made up for me not being acknowledged by being so kind, so I will give them a 4 star rating.

The worst Chase Bank location. One teller servicing drive tru and walk-ins while other are pacing back and forth. I am second in line and I waited almost 20 minutes then walked out. I will avoid this location, worst location and worst customer service. AVOID!!!

The customer service is terrible, I have gone twice and they have refused to open an account when I have clearly met the requirements set out on the page. But they always look for an excuse not to do it, any mistake to say they can't. It's TERRIBLE

This location actually makes me want to switch banks. No customer service, when you ask a question they can't give it to you, no thanking of using them to do business. Looking at other banks to switch my money to.
