Indian Lodge Resort is a beautiful, family-owned property on the Brazos River, offering a quiet, peaceful, and extremely safe escape. The grounds are immaculate and the overall vibes are excellent. It is an ideal home base for boating, with easy in-and-out boat slips and a ramp. Guests can also enjoy fishing, canoeing, and kayaking, with rentals available for canoes, kayaks, and life jackets. The owners are present every day, serving as amazing, kind, and accommodating hosts who are great to talk with and always ready to lend a hand or advice. The staff is also great. The resort features a super clean pool, a playground, a pavilion with comfortable seating, outside BBQ grills, and a fish cleaning station. Rooms offer a variety of choices, including newly renovated options. They are always super clean and well-equipped, often with kitchen amenities like a stove top, full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and toaster, plus provided dishes and towels. Parking is at your front door. The resort is very kid-friendly, with a park and river access. It is highly recommended as an all-around excellent getaway.
I can not say enough about the kindnesses of the owners. I had a flat tire on my boat trailer, and the owner helped me change the flat and get us on our way with no questions asked. Beautiful property, and family owned. Highly recommend.

Went for a birthday party for a friend's child. Staff was great, pool was super clean, and the grounds were immaculate. Definitely want to go back and check out the rooms. Would recommend them to anyone.
