Been going there for years. Bought a flat coke and wanted it exchanged. Guy who sees me buy cokes damn near every day said he couldn’t exchange it because he wasn’t here when I bought it. I worked at a gas station, it is so easy to write off bad product like that.Also the grumpy old lady(not the manager) has zero customer service skills, and doesn’t know how to operate her systems. She closes out your ticket before you can put your number in for rewards. She doesn’t say hello, thank you, or have a nice day. She just looks like she’s pissed off someone had the audacity to interrupt her smoke break

Payed for $20 in gas & only got $14 (tank was't full), when I went back in to tell them about it I got some excuses about the pumps always messing up & they couldn't do anything about it. I didn't get my money back or get enough gas. Won't be going back. If this happens a lot, fix the problem!

Horrible service, pumps wouldn't work, staff would not assist in making it right at pumps.. said it was not there problem... The only reason it has one star is because it post unless you do..

The Krum location is always having issues the pumps are often down and the staff is not helpful and they’re rude. 7-Eleven if you want to store to work you need to step it up
