Pressure is super low at the DIY wash, also it barely gives any soap from from when set on high pressure soap. Dryers do not run for the full time on the automatic wash.

Came to this wash cause the one in Sanger well...sux! Thought I'd give it a shot, not impressed! Got the $15 wash, supposed to get the works, it washed, did a protectant, and a spot free rinse, that's it! No ceramic coating, no wheel cleaner, and whatever else was in the long list if services I paid for, amd there was still soap and dirt I understand its a pickup truck, but still, and Id swear whatever chemical the use put streaks in my paint, its a gloss black truck, I can easily see streaks that won't rub off ..at least the one in sanger gives you in what you pay for, and doesnt damage your vehicle...smh

The worst car wash I’ve been too, I’ll stick to washing my vehicles by hand. The water they use has chemicals that will damage your paint. Be aware people. The old man that owns the car wash is very rude told me to never come back because was using my own soap. Don’t ever come to this car wash guys this guy has lost my business and I will tell others in Krum to stay away from this place.

They charge more if you pay with a card but their signs don't indicate this. It will say "deposit $8" then when you check your card statement you find you've really been charged $9 or $10.

I was washing my landscaping equipment and I am aware that it makes quite the mess inside and sometimes outside of the bay as well. As I was finishing up and getting ready to put the mower back on the truck the old man who I guess owns it decided it was appropriate to cuss me out about how dirty it was. I had already cleaned the bay out and was getting ready to grab a square shovel and a broom for the issues outside of the bay because I would be absolutely upset if somebody just left a mess like that. But before I could even finish what I was doing, the older gentleman began to cuss me out and get rather angry before I could even convey the message that I was aware of the mess and by no means was I going to leave it there. Terrible customer service and this is unfortunate because this was my go to carwash as it is a pretty nice place actually. But I be damned if somebody is going to speak to me like that. God bless your heart sir.

One of the best self car wash I've been to. They are excellent in keeping up with it. I like the feature to pay with card, just make sure to press the button to stop time.I do wish they would change the hoses though, they have to much spring in them.

Do not use this car wash if you want your car to look better than before you washed it. I spent $10 and my truck looked terrible when I was finished. Older car wash in Krum does a much better job and it’s cheaper.

The automatic is good. Doesn't use those rubber things that slap your vehicle. It's also a great price.
