We have had a storage unit here for quite a while, two years I think... In that time, we have had zero complaints! After initially renting the unit and then stopping by once to set up autopay, we haven't had to go in the office at all. The gate always works, no issues with the payment system, the climate-controlled unit is always up to par, and they do a great job making sure the units are secure. There are lots of things to worry about when constructing a new home, our storage unit has not been one of them.

I have rented here for over 5 years and top reasons for picking this facility was location, 24 hour accessibility, climate controlled and price. The staff has always been helpful and a pleasant and the grounds are clean.

I've had climate controlled storage unit here for 9 years. It was a little rocky at first due to a bad manager, but they fixed it by changing to new management and it's been wonderful for the last several years. My belongings are in the same shape as when I stored them there. Highly recommend.

We have rented a storage unit at Krum Self Storage for many years. The customer service is impeccable and I have always felt that my belongings were safe and protected. I would highly recommend renting here and will always choose them first and foremost for my storage needs. We love this place because they really watch out for your belongings. Great communication. Very customer oriented. Great Prices! Easy access to Units & are very Durable. Carts are provided for heavy items. Very friendly, efficient staff on sight!

Krum self storage is the place to go. I have had a storage unit here for 6 years without any issues. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

I have had my storage room here for 13 years and have never had a problem. The rent has been extremely reasonable (hence the 13 years). Management has also been very helpful, especially when one of my auto-payments was received late and the check was torn up in the mail.
