Just wanted to take a moment to shout out Spencer's Auto Repair in Krum. Had an oil leak from above the oil pan. Worried it may be the rear main seal but turned out to be the valve cover leaking. Their service advisor Jessica got me in first thing yesterday morning, greeted me with a huge smile, and had my name as well as several other customers' names on a standing chalkboard welcoming us to the shop. Nice touch. Their technician Jeremy diagnosed within an hour and texted me the issue as well as the details of a safety check they do to all vehicles. Parts were ordered and the repair complete by 4:00. Fair price as well. Jessica sent several text messages keeping me updated throughout the process. It was an amazing experience. I chose Spencer's as the business appeared in several posts on the Robson Newbies FB page...all with good reviews. I highly recommend trying them out for any auto repairs you may need.

Great auto repair shop! Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Probably the only mechanic I’ve been to where I didn’t feel like I got ripped off. We will definitely be coming here again!

I took my car to Spencer's to get a second opinion for the dealership had told a month ago that I needed over $2,000 worth of repairs (suspension issues and change serpentine belts). After the technician kindly looked over my car he said that no work was needed. (Even gave me pics to confirm). I left Spencer's extremely at ease knowing that there is an honest auto shop I can turn to in the future. The whole staff was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough and put my stress level to rest. Thank you ALL at Spencer's!

My wife and I so much appreciate how Spencer’s Auto Repair Cares for their customers. I have never left from there having work done and not been satisfied and confident that the issues were properly taken care of. It feels good to have confidence and trust when taking your vehicles in for service or repair.

Spencer’s auto repair is a complete scam! They installed aftermarket parts on my car that failed in less than six months (which cost me $2200) and when I came back, they refused to honor their warranty. Instead, they told me I had to replace my radiator for $4,000 before they’d even look at the issue — which made no sense.
I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with my radiator. They fixed the real problem using genuine parts directly from the dealership, and my car has been running perfectly ever since.
This place clearly doesn’t stand behind their work and just looks for ways to overcharge customers. Don’t waste your time or money here — go somewhere honest that actually knows what they’re doing.

I brought my truck in for a pre-purchase inspection after hearing good things about them. They were the second auto shop I had taken the truck to (always good to get a second opinion) and I was shocked. Not only was their inspection incredibly in-depth, (finding things the other guys missed), they included full photos for everything found, provided reasonable recommendations for repairing now vs later, and even had some rough numbers for what it would take to bring the truck up to good maintenance. I didn't get any repairs done on the truck since I didn't own it, but I plan on making this my go-to place for any future car/truck repair.

I brought a suv from a small dealership and brought it in for service due to possible leaking exhaust manifold, mechanics found multiple issues: leakage, rust, etc. they gave a me quote, timeframe, and handed the keys over. They were able to fix all issues that they found and diagnosed in a few days. They test drove and double check everything. I’ve used them many times in the past, always do a great job with no problems afterwards. With how my suv is far as type, I definitely will be taking it to them more often. Ty again to Spencer’s, Andrew, and all the guys that had a hand in it

Customer service was great, I did not use there free loaner car because my service was going to be about an hour so I didn’t needed and information of what’s needed with estimates was provided very quickly. I highly recommend them
