I’ve lived in Krum for awhile and this is the only review I’ve ever given. Absolutely disgusting! The vegetables looked like they have been sitting out for days, everything was discolored the lettuce was brown and she tried to hide it by stirring it around so the patrons won’t see. Only one person working during lunch time and the employees are horrible. The bread was burnt. Everyone was walking out as soon as they walked in. Try the truck stop subway before this place. It’s convenient since it’s one of the only places in town but I’m done with this place

When in to get one sandwich. Waited around 20 minutes or more. One person working. She was working her butt off because no one with her. People are calling in food. Might as well locked door and handled call ins. Poor magmt there.

The worst subway I've ever been to. Had one person in there and wanted 30mins just to order. The girl was very rude, tried asking her a question and she just looked at me like I was speaking Spanish. Don't recommend to anyone. Oh and at the end of it all they were out of what I wanted so wasted 45 min in line for nothing.

Advertised a free 6 inch with the purchase of a $25 gift card, but then after the purchase of the gift card, didn't want to honor the free 6 inch. The employee was great, but the manager was rude and I will never return.

Ordered on line thur app. Sandwiches were ready when I arrived, everything else was not. I had to ask for cups for drinks, in addition to the cookies that were ordered. Then discovered that there were only two different kinds of chips in stock, neither of which were the one that were wanted. Also it was 8:30 pm when I picked up the order and there was no iced tea, went to get root beer and it was not up to par.

Everything was real nice only problem was I ordered online and shut up on time and I still have to wait for my online order 13mins... But the order was correct and good.

Nice staff but if you want to wait 800 years for your food… well, here you go. I’ve not once had a quick trip to this place. Always 15+ min wait.

The food is made OKAY I suppose.. But their staff aren't very attentive. And there's one young man that seems to always be on break every time I visit. Not sure if that's coincidence or if he's just lazy. Doesn't seem like there's ever anything but teenagers working. Do they even have an active manager??

Farrah was wonderful, however, the line was 5 people long. She informed us that she has only been employed for a week. A older lady with blue hair on the ends was outside when we arrived. She came in, went to the back and came back with drinks for the cooler. She continued to fill the cooler every thought the line was getting longer. I believe the customer should come before the drink cooler.
