Worst service ever, especially for a tiny town. They have little to do but they still manage to mess up the delivery. Had a package mailed at 2 pm and it didn't leave the facility till the next day.

Every time i have a package go through here something goes wrong. I had a package get delivered to this post office 2 miles from my house and they sent it to a town 2 hours away without EVEN TRYING to deliver it. You had 1 job… could you at least try to do it?!

Worst mail carrier ever… I have informed delivery and it tells me what is coming and which day… there’s some mail pieces I never received… I went to the post office and told them my mail is put in the wrong box DAILY!!! The manager didn’t even listen to what I had to say at all and fed me some nonsense and I still have not received my mail… it’s a trailer park and we have one big box with unit numbers on there… my mail is just sitting in another persons mailbox… it’s my w2 to do my taxes… this is ridiculous…

Such a great place to go to ship yr packages. Never a line and Robert goes above and beyond to make sure your packages are packaged correctly and get to the destination on time.

Love our post office and the staff. I try to get to know most of them by first name basis. They are so kind and always very helpful and my kids love Robert, he is the best! Thanks for all you do!

Worst hours. Closes at 4pm on weekdays before anyone can get off work… And only open on Saturdays for 2 hours. They were closed almost an entire week during the holidays…

*UPDATE: The package never got there..or so I've been told...but I can't prove delivery because the tracking number was marked as delivered to KRUM! UGH! Im so annoyed! So I'll be issuing a refund and never using this post office location again.Mailed two packages going to separate locations, one to Massachusetts one tp Tennessee. They put the same address in for both packages. I got two different tracking numbers, but didn't know which tracking number was for which package. I called...they said they fixed it, but one of the tracking numbers indicated that it was Delivered the same day...to KRUM. My customer checked her tracking number I provided, she thought it was delivered and because she didn't have it she thought the package was lost and wanted a refund. Let's hope it gets there.Think I'll just pay a little extra and drive into Denton and go to Pack and Mail from now on

I was supposed to have a package yesterday, from SHEIN. On SHEIN, it says out for delivery from Krum. it has said this since yesterday morning which was 40+ hours ago. i got an email from SHEIN saying if it wasn’t there in 24 hours to call the postal service. But i can’t, you wanna know why? bc THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED!!!!!
