It was my first time going there, so I was able to redeem the first time offer deal they had going on. I first called to get more information before scheduling an appointment. I asked them pricing information and they said it was 79 for classic and 99 for hybrid. I finalized with the hybrid set and scheduled my appointment. Before I confirmed she told me that an expert lash tech was the only person they had available that day and that it MIGHT be an extra charge. I asked her if she can verify with me before I finalized my appointment. It resulted in her saying that there will be no extra fee since I’m using a first time offer. Lash day comes and i wanted to confirm what I was told on the phone. She confirms with me there will be no extra fee for the expert tech. She rights down what I will be getting done for the tech (hybrid style, my desired length, and shape). I go to pay after my lashes are finished (Lashes came out beautiful btw that’s why I did 2 stars not 1) and she tells me that they aren’t able to wave the expert fee and that they added a volume fee of $30!!! First of all, who ever said I wanted extra volume and second of all.. why wasn’t I notified of this prior. She said that since they weren’t able to wave the expert fee ($25 I was told), they lowered the price of the hybrid to 79. I let it go and I said ok fine but why is there a volume fee added that I was never told about . They couldn’t tell me and just sat there and said sorry. With places like these, they will always try to run you for your money and no one there doesn’t even know what’s going on. I was blind-sighted and ripped off. Customer service there was terrible but the lash tech in the back was so nice and did a great job. I only recommend going if you tell them that you are going to pay them first so you won’t be caught off guard with hidden fees.

The cleanliness of the environment when you walk into this establishment is what caught my eye when you first enter the doors. And the professionalism and knowledgeability given by the manager helped me feel at ease when I came in to ask questions. I had so much concern and questions about booking a lash appointment before a photoshoot and I wanted to ensure my first time with lashes wouldn’t cause any irritation after my appointment and that the mapping of my lashes wouldn’t be so heavy. Jessica, the manager, answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease! I definitely felt heard. Now I’m more confident about making an appointment soon!

Vianey is the BEST! Her attention to detail is impeccable. Also, a shout-out to the front desk for always being able to accommodate my schedule and still get me on Vianey’s calendar. Overall, a great experience at Amazing Lash.

1st time at the Amazing Lash Studio today, and I am blown away at how well my stylist Vianney performed my desired treatment. I had a lash lift and tint today and I have NEVER had such dramatic results. She took special care to ensure she understood what I wanted from the service and she delivered. She was sweet, kind, and really loved her job. I had a great experience thank you!

Was not informed prior that booking with a master was additional $20. Didn’t get told that until I checked out. I had into offer $99 plus I went hybrid for additional $45 but never told me about the master up charge. I spent a total of $189 and I’m not hopeful and it’s only been 5 hours. They looked ok when I left but My eyes have not stopped watering since I started and they itch and the left eye is looking fuller and darker and longer than the right so they look very uneven… , which is odd because the left one is the one that is watering the worst. Pretty sure I just wasted $200 and I’m not as happy as I thought I would be after spending that much money.

update!A few weeks after I had left my review, I received a phone call from the new studio manager. She was concerned about my review and wanted to hear about my experience, and I pretty much told her everything from my original review.She was extremely understanding, and offered me to come back in for a new set on the house. I got my lashes done again this past Wednesday, and I am excited to say that my lashes look amazing, everything that I originally asked for. Not only that, my service was comped, thanks to an understanding staff team.I think that I am going to chalk up my first experience to having a beginner tech (everybody learns somehow, no hate to my first tech!) as well as not being aware of what exactly I was looking for since it was my first experience getting lash extensions.Like any other studio/ technician, just be aware of who you are booking with and what to expect! Thank you ALS!! Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the lash artists, to the management team! If youre ever curious on who to book, Vianey did my lashes and they look amazing!if anything does happen (I highly doubt), then i will update my review!!--man just trust the reviews… i didn’t.my entire left eye is naked, as in zero extensions left. it hasn’t even been two weeks.i payed $140 for a set, it was my first time ever getting extensions. i followed the after care throughly, but by the time i got home that night my lashes were already shedding. save your money!! there’s a lot of local, small business lash techs in the area that TAKE THEIR TIME and use PROPER PRODUCTS & METHODS!!

I scheduled a lash lift and tint today 4/24. I was assigned a master technician and they waived the $20 fee because it was my first time. I was shocked that there was no consultation or discussion before about my service but I trusted the process. After my solution was on for my lift, I was told that they had no black tint. How can you book services and not have product? The tech put on blue black but it literally did nothing and they don’t tint bottom lashes which is very odd. One of my eyes is more curled than the other so I will still have to curl my lashes. I was then told to go back in 4 weeks to do it again. I didn’t notice enough of a lift to justify paying $90 and thats with them not charging for the tint due to not having the product. I would recommend somewhere else, I was not impressed and can probably do a better job myself. The tech was nice but the services seem below average.

I got my lashes done here for a dance competition and they are BEAUTIFUL! I have had so many compliments on my eyes since. The girls working at the desk are so sweet and helpful when choosing the style I wanted.

Do NOT waste your time and money here! My lashes fell out within 1 week. Yes, that’s with PROPER care..not wetting them for 24 hours , not brushing them right away & no wearing makeup. Called them to ask if they can re do them and they said they are unable to do refunds and that I’d have to pay at least $50.. I couldn’t see myself paying more money just to have them fall off again within 1 week. They supposedly said I was -supposed to let them know at least 3 days in to having them on-why would I let them know 3 days in when they’re supposed to last 3+ weeks? Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money and time! As a first time customer , I’m disappointed. I thought because it was a Lash place they’d do better than that!

Clean and beautiful. Very kind and helpful. But it can be good if you are with good lashes or bad with the wrong lashes. Recommend a senior or Master for booking for your lashes.
