Classic collision earned a five star review from me. Staff was very helpful, courteous, very patient with all the questions i had regarding my vehicle and took the time to make sure i understood everything very clearly. The updates from this place our next level. More companies should take notes from classic on how to treat there customers. I was informed through all steps of repair on progresses made pertaining to my vehicle. The repair was fantastic, service went nice and smooth, and staff is very welcoming. The advisor jacob walked me out to my car went over repairs with me after completion, explained in detail the warranty the vehicle now had for repairs made through classic collision, and made sure my satisfaction was there top priority, overall service was 10/10. I also had the chance to speak with the painter zach on my way out and even he wanted to make sure i was happy with the repair results, which i was very happy with. I ADVISED THE PAINTER THAT HIS PAINTING WAS SO GOOD I COULD NOT TELL WHERE HE HAD MADE THE REPAIRS, talk about best paint blending i have ever seen. Im telling you guys if you want top tier service classic collision in kyle is the place you guys need to take your vehicle, quick turn around time, friendly welcoming environment, very helpful and amazing updates, and most important top tier quality work. Thank you classic for the wonderful experience!!!

I had CC repaint my front bumper due to the paint peeling off from a faulty previous repair. Jacob was so helpful in getting me an estimate quickly and communicating with me through the whole process.
It looks fantastic and was painless!

First experience with Classic Collision and we will go there for now on. The customer service and the quality of the work was second to none. The office manager and Holly provided stellar customer service, daily updates, and my vehicle was ready almost a week earlier than predicted.

I just picked up my fiancé's car and the people here are awesome! Super friendly and professional. Hollie did a great job managing the repair process, and they make it really easy to drop a rental car there. And, she really cared that we were happy with the service. They even took the time to detail her car, and it looks great. Next time we need body work done, Classic Collision will be our only call. Thanks guys!
