They have a number they don’t answer or have no staff to provide assistance, try contacting they multiple time and came by, and nothing. How can you get a membership where’s no staff to assist you.

This gym sucks. I can’t cancel my membership unless I die. Machines are so close together you’re basically working out on top of someone. Too expensive for what they offer & don’t even get me started on the random $40 fees for “maintenance”. Even after all the fees they take out the gym doesn’t improve in any way. There’s also almost never any disinfectant wipes so most people wont clean machines after use. Don’t go to this gym.

Great place for 24hr access workout! The employee are great and gym is super clean! Not crowded is what I like as well. Highly recommend!

Do not sign a contract with these people. Either out of willfulness or sheer ignorance they will not do their jobs and get things fixed. Be prepared to spend time with customer services of ABC fitness to get them to do their jobs…. Or just do not sign up

It is a fraud, all the time they charge much more than the membership for many months they were taking 25 dollars from the membership and 45 dollars later because the automatic payment was not made on time and when you cancel even if you have moved you have to pay 50 dollars to cancel, be careful because that is not what they tell you when you sign the membership.

I've been trying to cancel my Anytime Fitness membership for 3 months without success, and my friend Michael Cofone had the same experience. Their cancellation process has been frustrating and unclear, which is disappointing since we were both long-time members. This experience makes other gym options like Crunch more appealing.

This Anytime Fitness is a complete scam when it comes to canceling memberships. After three months of constant back-and-forth, they’re still refusing to cancel mine. And it’s not just me—my best friend, Michael Cofone, went through the same garbage. He’s one of the kindest people you’d meet at the gym, and even he couldn’t escape their predatory tactics. Honestly, it’s pathetic. No wonder everyone is ditching this place and signing up at Crunch instead.

Anytime Fitness won’t let me cancel my membership even after three months of trying. The same thing happened to my best friend, Michael Cofone. He was always so nice to me at the gym, and I can’t believe they’re forcing people like him and me to stay in memberships. No wonder everyone is joining Crunch.

I've been using several Anytime Fitnesses north of Austin until relocating. This was a severe disappointment that made me regret my membership. Just filthy.

This gym is absolutely filthy. The floors are dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and it seems like they never clean anything. Trash is spilling out of trash cans they rarely empty. They hardly have any wipes available. On top of that, the equipment is old and falling apart. Many of the machines barely work, and the weights are rusty. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Love the manager. She's the best thing about this place. I love that it has a small community feel to it. But it is filthy. Both bathrooms are coed and some joker thinks it's funny to pee all over the toilet, the back the front the floor.
It's disgusting.
It's happened on more than one occasion. there's grime over everything.
