I bought a screen protector for my phone last month. The associate at ATT said that if I ever needed a replacement to save my receipt and I’d get a discount off a new screen protector. Went into Kyle ATT yesterday and the WiFi was down and they couldn’t locate my receipt in my account. Needless to say, I had to purchase another protector at full price.

Honestly if I could give less that 1 star I would. 10/2023 KENNETH MORROW is the store manager, offered us $400 google home credit and $200 credit on our bill for being one of the first to receive fiber in our neighborhood. Long Story short, (details of what occured are below) he lied and it is now 2/21/24 we have no received any rewards or credits. RJ from corporate came to our house and fixed things instantly without a wait for email or a call for days. We had the service installed end of October 2023, I have emailed KENNETH MORROW 5x since then, only received one response. Upon calling the store and requesting to speak with him, he told me it was a misshap in communication and he would reach out to corporate and low and behold never did. I spoke with RJ and apparently this isnt the first story about kenneth misleading others. This guy is truly the worst. Over promises and under delivers.

I needed a new phone after falling and breaking mine. We were shopping in north Austin and decided to stop at a store, and she stayed that store doesn't sell the type of phone we needed. Packed up and went on with our business. Next store in South Austin, worker stated they were out of our type of phone. Finally we stopped at store in Kyle. They had a phone, but stated that we had insurance on the phone. We could use that for a $25 co-pays vs buying the new phone. She hooked us up, got the phone next day in mail, and even went back to store to get it turned on and loaded. Thanks to Alissa in Kyle. You are awesome!!

I’m so blessed to have met Cedric at the ATNT store in Kyle, he helped me with my new iPhone btooth set up in my car. This was so important to me as I have to travel the next 3 hrs alone to get home and needed it so desperately. Thank you and many blessings to you Cedric!!!

I worked with Kenny the retail store manager and he was able to resolve issues that I had with my phone. He was very friendly and efficient. This is by far my favorite AT&T store - I’ll go out of my way to come here.

I came to this AT&T needing to trade a phone after recently buying a higher model of IPhone. I just recently moved, and this isn't the AT&T that I would normally go to and was expecting this store to be as bad as the others. This was not the case at all! I was helped very fast (in relation to how many customers were in the store), there were so many workers to help customers (i normally see 1-3 workers at any other service store), and the workers were extremely, extremely helpful. I was able to get my phone traded in very quickly, the worker understood my needs very well, and I got the trade-in value that I was offered at another store altogether. If you need to go to an AT&T and want great service, this would definitely be worth a little extra of a drive.

During previous visits they would offer to put my new phone case and screen protector on. During yesterday visit Angel put the screen protector on with bubbles showing and handed me my old phone case along with the new case. I asked about the bubbles to which he said it takes 24 hours. Angel disappeared to the back and came out when I left the store. I’ve always experienced great customer service before.

Cat is the only reason I can give 5 stars!! I had one heck of a time getting my new phone started!! She trouble shot for me and helped me, never getting frustrated. She helped for two hours….thats how bad my problems were. Highly recommend coming to Cat!

Thanks to Derek and Cristina for their professional service and knowledge. We were unable to use the wireless option for transferring data at home from our two old phones to our new Samsung devices, so we visited this location for assistance. They were both so helpful, using an alternative method to complete the data transfer task. We were also able to purchase new phone cases with a discount.

Cat was absolutely wonderful in fixing the issues target created when setting up my new phones! I usually never buy my phones outside of att store but I took a chance on an authorized dealer at target and I was tricked into getting a new line when I simply wanted an upgrade. Cat immediately remedied the situation and I was in and out in less than an hour. I have been a loyal att customer for 12 years mainly because of the great customer service! This store is bad, the employees really have no idea on their products theY are NOT WELL INFORMED MANAGERS INCLUDED! Make the trip to South Park meadows and avoid the terrible customer service.
