We had a great experience! Everyone was helpful and nice, and most importantly, great at their jobs! Dr. Yi made my highly-sensitive and squeamish daughter feel comfortable and heard. We’ll definitely be back.

Great doctors, egregiously long wait time on the phones ALWAYS. It’s usually faster for me to drive 15 minutes to speak with someone in person than call. Currently on hold with TRIAGE for 15 minutes. Not acceptable.

I had a great experience at my Medicare Wellness visit at ARC today. The nurse and provider were friendly and talked to me in a way that put me at ease. They let me ask questions and explained things very well.

We also offer Same-Day appointments, on-site lab and radiology, all-night phone nurses, and extended hours. If your family is growing you can ask about our prenatal visit. It is an excellent opportunity to interview a physician for your newborn's care. ARC Kyle Plum Creek is located next to the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center.
