Just went there today to have my battery replaced and Dusty came out and replaced it for me, it ended up being a pain due to a corroded terminal and Dusty and his manager worked on it and went way above and beyond with customer service. I really appreciate all the help you gave me and would definitely recommend coming here. Thank you so much for everything.

These guys rock every time I go in there, they are Johnny on the spot! Tonight I had the unfortunality of breaking down in their parking lot they helped me out with tools and ordered the parts I need that will be in tomorrow. Special thanks to the manager "U" or Urel might be an h in there I'm horrible with spelling and names apologies and again tenfold thank you!!

Just had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location with Manager Jay A. After asking if I needed assistance, she provided excellent service above and beyond as I needed the bulbs in my tail lights to be replaced. I offered her a tip for her Service, which she denied so instead I offered to write a kudos review on her outstanding,Customer Service and knowledge of her trade.

Stressed o ur cause my battery had died and I didn’t know if was good or not … he helped me replace it in the rain I might add and had a smile on the whole time … I am so grateful for his help . Thank you for your outstanding customer service . A little kindness goes a long way ! Thank you again .

Zane is amazing! Had a dead battery and from start to finish he had the absolute best customer service. He didn’t complain at all even while changing the battery in pouring rain & was just such an overall positive person! Go to auto zone and go to Zane!

This location has been the best auto zone experience for me. When I walked in, I noticed they were extremely busy, but they acknowledged me still and continued to help their current customers. While waiting, I noticed each employee was helping the customer with kindness and respect. When it was my turn, Ms. Jay helped to replace my battery and windshield wipers. She was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what my car needed and how to replace each item. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you. (Oh and Uriel was there for entertainment support if needed ?).

I ask guy to check my battery and see what kind so I can get new one. He say no. We are short staff. He refuse to come and help me. So I decide to go orelly and they help me and got me new battery. Shame on you for not helping me at all.

Rude, unhelpful and frankly AutoZone has become extremely unreliable-wrong parts damaged parts, failing to actually order parts from phone orders and I'm saying this as a former employee.

So I ordered a part online because I was in a situation where I wasn’t able to go to the store and every time I called the store they wouldn’t answer the phone or they would put me on hold so I decided to order online because AutoZone is normally the place I go for my parts as it said an the email I would be getting an email sent and online it said the part was at the store that it would take an hour for it to process. I let an hour pass by and decided to call the store to see and confirm everything was there, so that way I could let my mechanic know the part was ready because my car was not working at the time every time I call the store they would put me on hold so last time calling the store I told the guy I wanted to speak to the manager. He said the manager was busy and couldn’t get to the phone I said, will you put me on hold like five times already All I want to know is my part ready the man or guy or boy who answered the phone said, why don’t I just show up to the store to see what ?! duh if my car was working I would be at the store to confirm but obviously my car is not working that’s why I’m calling the store because I ordered the part there hello!!!! SMH so you’re telling me five hours and after ordering my part, you guys couldn’t at least let me know some information that I needed to know because my car was going to be worked on that night so it could be ready the next day instead you kept putting me on hold and want to tell me something stupid when answering the phone !!
