Guys read your reviews! The guy on the counter is RUDE. I wish I had read the reviews. I usually do and I know a lot of people hire elsewhere because of it. I will never hire from this place again. They clearly don't care whatsoever because they read the guy on the counter is rude and it's still.the same. Truat me, Book elsewhere.

The guy working weekends is rude. How stupid are the people running this place to keep him on? Every question I ask is a hassle. The truck was filthy so bad that I couldn't see through the windscreen and he was like bad luck. I saw a guy in the roller door washing a window and I asked if he can clean it and he said no, that belongs to another part of the business. So ridiculous that they can't incorporate it and give me a clean safe window. Use a competitor. They're are plenty near by. Terrible customer service all round.

Great, fast and friendly service! The manager was awesome, straight to the point, and the reservation start process to the end process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place for vehicle rentals! We even drove to Florida and back, and had no issues at all with the rental. Thanks so much!!

Horrible customer service. Big man at the desk needs to relearn customer service etiquette. Do not rent from this place. Went to New Braunfels Avis/budget same day and was able to rent with better service experience.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star! I had a flat tire yesterday and called customer service and told me to come to this location to swap out cars, they had some available. The guy there told me I couldn’t do that, that customer service told me that to get me off the phone! So untrue! He just did not want to do his job! Instead I had to drive to Austin Airport on a flat because this pathetic guy didn’t want to help. And I had a baby in the car!! Whatever you do, DO NOT come here. They lie and are lazy!

The Kyle guy (the manager)is as poor a customer service as you can get. The man needs immediately to be terminated. What a joke go anywhere else but here.

If you want the worst customer service this is your place. My friend is moving states and rented a truck from this location. We work different shifts so she called and asked if we could come in at different times so I could be a driver. They said yes on the phone. So she gets there this morning to get the truck. She has copies of all my stuff so they could add my information. That way after work I could go in and give the hard copies. She gets there and they said unless I was there when she rents the truck I can't be a driver. I even went in after work to see if I could get added. Called the national customer service number and they said it is completely up to the one we rented from to add me. If they don't want to do it they can't add me. So because the one store does not want to have customer service we are stuck with a truck with one driver and a 16 hour drive. National customer service said that it is completely up to the place we rented from. So stay away and do not go to this store.

My girlfriend got a truck from this location and they didn’t even clean the inside at all it was dirty and sticky . The truck was leaking so bunch of stuff got wet and the guy who gave us truck gave us wrong one so we had wait for drop off location guy to call and make sure everything was ok. Never again from this trash place
