Work was done on time and I was kept updated almost daily. Great staff. I can't imagine using anyone else and would recommend them to anyone.

Quality team missed the mark and signs off on items when they are not complete. Second car I've taken to them, both had to be returned for missed items during quality check. Thought maybe the first time it was accidental, but after second vehicle, I wouldn't recommend from my experiences.

Got work done here back in march of 2024. My adjuster was very nice but I just called because my insurance owed the shop money , and the manager lady I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. Class act Caliber collision lol I wouldn’t get work done here if it was the last shop on earth.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to take my car to them due to accidents. However, on both occasions, they’ve done an excellent job. The team is super friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and fast! They even completed the repairs ahead of the quoted time. While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, I highly recommend them if you do.

Caliber Collision (Kyle Tx Facility) with Service Advisor Nando Trejo and Receptionist Stella provided the best service and repair results imaginable. BOTH displayed exceptional Customer Service skills and in my opinion went above and beyond making certain my needs and requirements were met AND exceeded!!!

Communication was excellent and completed when promised but work was poor I brought it to the attention of the servicemen and he tried the deflect it and not address the point. This was a GEICO preferred shop so everything went well except the quality. I asked the gentleman if they were using used or recycled parts He assumed me parts weee new but I found the receipt in my vehicle from part purchased from LKQ.

I was iffy when my insurance wanted me to go to Caliber, not going to lie. I had previously been to one in Austin and had an issue with items stolen from my car. But this was a different experience. I was kept up to date the whole time, the employees were all very friendly and helpful, and my car was ready a week early! I hope I don't have a need to come back, but if I do I'll stick with the Kyle location and know my car is in good hands.
