If there was a thumbs down I would use it. We are near graduation and have not received my daughter's cap & gown. We need the to take graduation photos also. This company will not answer their phone. I can't even leave a message. It's strange we been waiting 3 months since purchase yet this company has caps and gowns at their office to purchase. So why did I not just wait until now to pick up this stuff. There needs to be competition for once a year graduation stuff. Poor service.

This has been the most challenging year for a lot of us. You try to be patient and have understanding regarding others. However, there is no way you completely purchase your items and only receive 5 of the 20 items ordered. I have been contacted by TamiS on 05/18/2021 advising my items will be delivered by mail. Well guess what we have completed the ceremony and still no items received. I reach out to her and I am given another apology but no delivery info. Please get it together! Parents place their hard earned money and their trust with your company. Only to be passed around like it’s not me it’s someone or something else that hasn’t been doing their job.

Had a nice experience the staff was very polite and helped me with my issue. I just had a question, I tried on my cap and gown but found out that it was big on me do y’all allow size exchanges? If not do y’all sell the gown separately?

Called and emailed and never got a response. Scared that my daughter will be graduating without a cap and gown this year that my mom paid for. Very sad ?

They are the worst company to do business with. Avoid at all costs. They never addressed our issues and took our money. They will hand you off at any cost.

I gave them a 1 star review earlier today because I was struggling to get a response from them. They would not answer the phone or my emails or my sons emails for weeks. I did order late and I was dying to know was when and where we can pick it up? Or if there is a delivery date. It felt impossible. But after today I got a kind email and felt for the over load they are feeling so decided to change my review to how I feel now:They responded to my email today and it was clear and apologetic and had all the info I needed. I also understood that this year has been unusual and hard and that gave me a understanding heart. I appreciate that they were able to get back to me eventually.

worset company ever. So with everything that is going on they want to make sure they loose NO money. I have graduation invitations for what now since we can only have 4 people go-to graduation so what mail the invitations out and put by the way ur not invited please don't show. Will make sure I use another company for my other kids wont be this one not even for cap an gown will do business else wheres

The team at Centex is AMAZING! They are ALWAYS immediately responsive and go above and beyond to accommodate our orders and deadlines. They're always super friendly and willing to help us out even in a time crunch. I am glad we found them to be our cap and gown provider and will continue using their services.
