I recently took my car to Chapa Auto Craft after a collision, and let me tell y'all, this place is legit. Daniel, the owner, is one of the most honest and straightforward mechanics I've ever met. He educated me on the insurance process, making it super easy to understand. He broke down all the prices, explained everything in detail, and wasn't pushy at all. Daniel even stood up for me when the insurance company tried to send my car to Copart without my permission. Every step of the way he made sure I was informed during the entire process, BEFORE any major decisions were made. He’s the ONLY mechanic I want to deal with from now on! Chapa Auto Craft and owner Daniel Chapa did an excellent job repairing my truck that was in a side swipe collision. Daniel kept routinely in touch of what was going on with the repair and insurance. He was kind, courteous and always took my calls in any questions or concerns I had and was extremely helpful with transportation to and from the shop.Many many thanks and would highly recommend. Very customer service oriented, quality work, and timely. Daniel went above and beyond to be upfront as possible and keep in constant communication even after dealing with insurance back and forth. The quality exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.

We recently had an engine issue due to rodent damage, and Daniel arranged a tow back to their garage, quick diagnosis of the issue/corrective measures, all while providing timely feedback during the process to provide transparency before moving forward with any costs. Will definitely be back at Chapa in the future for any auto needs we have.

This place will rip u off. We received a estimate for 7K for front end damage already higher than other shop but other shop were 2 was out so we went with Chapa BIG MISTAKE. They tore the car down and never told us they found additional damage or anything. By the time we realized what they were doing it was too late. Now the bill is 13,900. My insurance paid some of it but I was stuck with a $3,800 out of pocket. They also left a bolt loose on the lower control arm.

Unfortunately I have been rear ended twice and both times Daniel Chapa and Chapa autocraft were exceptional!! They not only know their business and perform work beyond what the customer expects, but they make dealing with the insurance company easy by assisting every step of the way! The trust worthy auto shop I’ve been looking for. They even took my car on the road to test that the AC repair was accurate and functioning correctly. 100% recommend.January 2024 update - I was recently in a fender bender and the other parties insurance claimed liability. To put it lightly, getting them to pay for a fair and quality estimate from Chapa was a nightmare. Daniel went above and beyond educating me on the process and making many attempts to contact the insurance provider with detailed information. 101% recommendService: Air conditioning

they over charged so my insurance (Gieco) wouldn't cover ever I had to pay the overage on top of my deductible they kept my car for way to long. they "fixed" my ac but starting to think they used cheap parts because my car won't even stay any type of cold when idle like it literally blows HOT AIR on idle. smh. I can't believe I got so screwed over tbh.
