Never had a problem here, all the staff is nice and helpful. Reading the reviews just sounds like a bunch of people who don't know the rules banks have to abide by. Or complaining about the ATM being down, which is maintenanced by external people, or is giant line, like damn how much do y'all use an ATM, I've only needed one once in the last two years.

This bank is always closed at lunch time, has rude clerks, they don’t answer no questions or help you with informationThis bank just needs to close if people don’t wanna work there don’t go to work and ruin other peoples day.

Stopped at this branch at 4 in the morning to get cash on my way to the AUS airport. ATM kept saying it couldn't process my transaction. Received an email a couple days later that "Action was Required" on my ATM card because of fraud. Called Chase Customer Service and they said nothing was wrong with my card (not what the email said??). They said it was a problem with the ATM machine. So now I am on my trip with the nearest Chase Bank being 95 miles away with no cash. Total BS?

I have never had good customer service at this location. There is a reason it has a 2 star rating on here. Avoid this location at all costs, if you are in need of a bank in the Kyle area go somewhere else.

Withdrew money and it gave me a ripped $20. I tried taking it back but the ATM wouldn't take the ripped $20 it just gave me. Trash bank.

Can't get anyone on the phone during regular business hours, even though main Chase 800 number is directing me to work with a branch to resolve an issue with a local check they've had on hold for 6 business days (funds have been withdrawn from the other bank, but they say they "can't verify"). The recording at the branch directs back to the 800 number. Horrible customer service, all around. I am going to cancel ALL of my Chase accounts, including my CC.

I spent an hour sitting and waiting for someone to attend me to open up a business account so they can only tell me that they are booked all day. Had seen me waiting there multiple times and no one said anything. Very unprofessional.

Short staffed, terrible customer service. Went across the street and opened a joint savings account with another bank because they couldn’t fit us into their schedule for three days.

Always closed, signs in political woke culture and equity dog whistles, lectures on COVID, closes accounts if not politically aligned. All this other nonsense. Chase, can you just be an open bank, not political, or lecturing fake medical b.s., or does that thought offend your delicate SJW’s?

This Chase is absolutely horrid every other time I am here the ATM isn't working or their system is down. I live in San Marcos Tx and there is a Chase there however they do not have a drive up window or ATM that can be accessed outside business hours which is totally inconvenient, unrealistic and unreasonable. So I have to drive to Kyle the next closest location and the ATM is down half the time. The area is growing so much you'd think that with all the money the bank makes they would update upkeep or expand their facilities. It is just ridiculous and very frustrating th the is a huge line of cars waiting to use this ONE ATM. They should really invest in having an ATM like the Chase on Slaughter in Austin Tx where people can access it outside business hours inside the glass doors. This is just horrible service!!! In the past 30 days I recall their ATM or system being down three times.

Terrible service! They closed one of my accounts after i deposited a check. They said the check will be mailed back to me in 2-3 days. I waited for almost 3 weeks and I haven’t received my check, I went back again and they said “oh we mailed it to the issuer” I called the issuer and they confirmed that they haven’t received anything from Chase!! Avoid this location if possible.

Slowest bank in kyle, unfortunately my work banks here and I have to wait 45 mins every morning to make my deposits. Tried going inside once the lady took a phone call instead of helping. I guess they don't care about reviews because all they get is 1 to 2 stars
