Worst bank service. Very often leaving lines of customers because they don't know how to manage resources and they will have 2-3 people working with the same customer! Expect to wait in line at the teller for over 15 minutes.

I recently visited the Kyle, TX Chase Bank branch on August 21, 2023, around 2:20 PM to make a deposit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from welcoming.
While I was gathering my money at the front of the bank near the ATM, a Caucasian female teller, about 5'7" with blonde hair, yelled from across the room. I found this approach to be inappropriate and quite jarring, especially since the tellers are situated in the back. Feeling judged and uncomfortable, I decided to walk closer to her and inform her that I was making a transfer. Instead of a friendly acknowledgment, she simply stared at me, which added to my discomfort.
In an effort to avoid further awkwardness, I attempted to return to the ATM in the front lobby to complete my withdrawal. To my surprise, she followed me, asking if I had made my transfer. At that point, I felt compelled to over-explain myself, as her lack of facial expression made me feel like I was being scrutinized or even suspected of wrongdoing.
I would like to note that this teller has assisted me in the past and provided good customer service. However, today’s experience left me questioning the importance of treating all customers equally, without judgment. I understand that everyone has off days, but it's crucial for customer service representatives to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons, regardless of their appearance.
In closing, I hope that future visits will reflect the positive interactions I’ve had with Chase Bank in the past, and that staff will remember the importance of greeting customers warmly and without bias.

I am a loyal Chase banker. At this particular location I've received nothing but amazing customer service, and fast and easy support. This location is pretty busy, but I understand the reason!

If I could give them 0 I would. They have the worst customer service here. I have banked with chase for over thirty years and I refuse to go back to this bank after what they've done today. All I had to do was get a simple signature for a notary. Instead, the woman who was supposed to do it set me down and went and spoke for thirty minutes with somebody else about a starting a new business account. Mind you that people that were starting the business account came in after I did. So I was left to sit in her desk While she helped someone else, who was speaking to another teller, to begin with. Apparently, my notary wasn't important enough for her to actually pay me any attention. This is not the first incident i've had at this bank.Their customer service is always horrible.I never recommend using this branch

Do NOT sign up for a My Chase plan. It is a scam, it does not save you money. I ended up paying so much more towards the balance even after I paid off the plan, and their representatives couldn't tell me why, just told me to pay more money

The attention of the employees who work here is very good, they are very friendly. But they take too long to serve customers, they only have 3 workers and they have to attend to the inside windows, the self-service windows, and the new accounts. They need to hire more staff.

Never had a problem here, all the staff is nice and helpful. Reading the reviews just sounds like a bunch of people who don't know the rules banks have to abide by. Or complaining about the ATM being down, which is maintenanced by external people, or is giant line, like damn how much do y'all use an ATM, I've only needed one once in the last two years.

This bank is always closed at lunch time, has rude clerks, they don’t answer no questions or help you with information
This bank just needs to close if people don’t wanna work there don’t go to work and ruin other peoples day.
