Ordered my food online for pick up. Upon arriving at the location I was told their system was down and they could not receive orders and instead of asking what I ordered and trying to help. The lady at the window told me there’s nothing they can do. I can request a refund online. Poor customer service, not wanting to help at all.

Horrible customer service. Online system is consistently down and you can’t order on main mobile food service apps (DoorDash & The Chipotle app). Which isn’t their fault but I would expect them to have a sign on the door saying so. Employees were also very disrespectful and said uncalled for things in front of the manager. Honestly, really disappointed with this chipotle site.

Worst buisness I’ve ever been to. Gone 3 separate days in last 2 weeks and always an issue. Can’t order cause system down, ran out of ingredients. Last time I will go by there for sure.

Woah. Cost was extreme for the portion sizes received. I encountered 4 employees along the way making my bowl and every single one of them was less than engaging, served food with a frown, and basically told me with their face and body they didn't want to be there nor help me make my lunch. I won't be back with my family of 4, and do live locally. Also, the restroom closest to the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned or tended to all day. This was at 1:30 pm.

The last 4 times we’ve come here they are out of Barbacoa. Every time we order online something is wrong and/or missing from the order. Not to mention I have yet to have it be ready within 15-20 minutes of the time they say the order will be ready regardless of time of day. Do yourself a favor and skip this Chipotle, it’s been a disappointment every time.

I ordered online for pickup. I sat at the window for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Instead of a fork, all I got was a spoon to each my lunch. I used to love chipotle, but now they are terrible. The rice was not cooked all the way, still crunchy. And my bowl was mostly rice and lettuce, hardly anything else. The guacamole used to be a heaping spoonful, now it's a dollup for $3.

Where do I start with this poor food establishment. I'll start with this being to the area and high really high hopes, but was met with nothing but disappointment. My wife was looking forward to their carne asada quesadilla and me their barbacoa bowl. Waited for a while just a little longer then the usual wait, seemed the girl taking presets was unsure about things (poor training)! Finally, my turn and asked for the carne asada quesadilla and was told it's only a online request hmm. That's did you can order the kids quesadilla but have to order the adults online. I questioned why only online and her (same girl) responses was it takes a little longer to make. I responded I can wait as I have been waiting. She again said I had to order and couldn't order at the counter. Keep in mind she never offered me she'd speak with a manager or get some clarification. So I did and the manager arrived. I asked the (female) manager id like to order the quesadilla and didn't mind waiting. She informed me with the same response it takes a little longer to make and couldn't do. Once again I responded "I will wait if it takes longer" and didn't think placing an online order while I was in line and at the restaurant! Finally, the manager went and seeking someone else's approval and never came back. So while I was still waiting for an approval or denial, I decided to have my bowl prepared. I first asked for half lettuce & rice and saw the lettuce was probably and no exaggeration maybe 10 pieces of lettuce,. Then the rice was placed on top and seriously just as much rice and the beans were just as much salad and rice. Wait I'm not done! Then here's comes the protein " Barbacoa" 1 scoop and then I saw the girl spread the meat as to make it look full. I guess our economy has a big impact on the quantity of food we now get for the high price! When did Chipotle get So Damn Tight and give little food. Back to the quesadilla, never got the answer and now seeing the lack of food I decided to cancel everything and ohhh now the manager replied "we can do" sureee.... I'm a big fan of chipotle and will make the drive to Buda for a decent amount of food and I'm pretty sure that store will be point. To the City of Kyle, y'all should head to this poor establishment and see what you brought to the city. And now I see why they have a 1.5 star out of 5.. Im trying to remove the 1 star but can't, but my review is in the negative!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. Despite paying a premium price, I received embarrassingly small portions of food. It's as if they were rationing their ingredients! The portion sizes were laughable, leaving me hungry and unsatisfied. Not to mention, the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns when I brought it up. Save your money and appetite for somewhere that actually values their customers.

Why can't you figure out how to keep chips in stock? I've never been to a chipotle that can't do that.. it's only 6:30pm... Do you even have someone in charge of this store?If I want a refund for an online order because of your incompetence I have to waste my time and your resources to call in and request a refund for something so measly.

2 options CHIPOTLE! either hire new Management/Staff or CLOSE for good. Embarrassingly awful & gross. Urge corporate to consider. This location is ATROCIOUS.
