I was just hung up on by Matt from claims, who before hanging up on me, because I was trying to explain what I was told onsite and had questions on how he was so certain they aren't at fault, informed me the cameras weren't pointing to the middle of the car wash, where my vehicle was hit from behind, cameras were only pointed to the entrance and exit. Matt also informed me that the track can malfunction, and stop pushing vehicles forward . The car wash employee onsite, Jason Blakeley, told me he didn't know what happened, including if the track malfunctioned. But now, Matt is telling me, with no video evidence, the manager told him the track didn't malfunction. Mind you he's already told me that the track can malfunction and stop pushing cars forward. On 2/19/24 I purchased a monthly pass and proceeded to the car wash for my first time use ever. I put the car in neutral, let go of the wheel, and let the track take over. Half way through the track stopped pushing my vehicle, and at this point I was rear ended by the vehicle behind me. They had me put the car in drive and pull out towards the end. I was directed out of the was by employee, Jason Blakeley. I rolled down my window and asked if I got hit from behind. At that time Jason Blakeley informed me I didn't. It wasn't till I told him it sure felt like it, did he go check. Jason Blakeley Came to my window and told me yes, but it wasn't nothing really, as if I were to just forget about the incident and move on. Now I get a call from Matt stating, the managers claimed there was no malfunction. After Matt telling me they have no video footage of the incident and that the tracks can malfunction and stop pushing vehicles forward. Matt informs me he can give any evidence to my insurance company to make a claim with them. Which would in the long run drive my insurance cost up. If you read through the commits, you'll find multiple reviews just like mine. Club car wash are crooks who will not take any responsibility for their failed equipment. I noticed club car wash likes to reply to these reviews as if they actually care and are going to actually help. Matt from claims has already informed me there is nothing they will do to help besides send what little info they have to my insurance so I can proceed to start a claim under my own insurance. There's no need to act like yall care and reply to this review. It's evident yall are only about lying and deceiving. I would go as far as to say yall have video of the middle of the track where I was hit but refuse to release it. On top of what I've experienced, when I left, with half a wash, because the worker had me drive to the end after being rear ended, customer service told me I entered at my own risk, and I would not receive a refund. She told me I could still go back and go through a second time, then proceeded to hang up on me. Which seems to be what they do instead of actually providing actual customer service.

$10 for a single car wash and they have the colorful foam! It cleaned my car soooo well and actually left it smelling good compared to other car washes where you can’t smell your car

Don’t need to be sold a membership at a time when people are hurting. If I want one I’m smart enough to get one. Your company has to earn that. Also your guys don’t need to stand in front of my vehicle when directing me into the wash. They should stand to the side. That’s a major safety hazard.

I usually use Suds Deluxe by Costco but I decided to stop here for a 1 time wash. The wash was higher cost than Suds. The rags they provide for you to use stink! I won't be going back. The only thing they offer is windex. Suds provides leather cleaner, windex and interior fragrance.

*BE AWARE*
I've been a member since this place opened. Always paid the (MVP PACKAGE) Unfortunately on my LAST drive thru there was damage done to my truck. I did advise management and went through the claims process. THE CLAIM WAS DENIED. They stated this was previous damage and that there is no way their equipment would be capable of creating this damage which was deep scratches into my paint to the point PAINT WAS RIPPED OFF my hood. I asked the claims adjuster for a second look and to check cameras (which are clearly posted) and if possible to send me footage. I advised if the damage was there before I drove through I would understand but needed proof because looking at my home cameras, there was no damage before I left my home. I got no response from phone calls to emails. Horrible Experience for a long time member. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLUB CAR WASH for your car washing needs.

Great place to wash/vacuum your car/truck. My truck came out looking good as new. The vacuums are very strong and will pick up anything on your floors. The crew that works there is really nice. The new girl Aleks is always friendly and smiling when you check in.

I just met Abigail at Club Carwash in Kyle, Texas. She very business like, friendly, and very helpful. She gets 5 Stars from me. I would make sure I gave her every opportunity to use her skills. I will definitely be back. She sold me on a repeat car wash package.

This is the best car wash in Kyle. The monthly memberships are reasonably priced, the vaccuums are amazing and have strong suction, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. In particular, Oscar is as KIND as can be. Always going out of his way offering to help us with our clean. Thank you Oscar and Club Carwash!
