Why do they bother to contract with big companies and then not staff their pharmacies? Even when there are 8 people standing around you still have to wait for prescriptions called in at least 24 hours beforehand. I just don't get it.

Called with questions regarding my prescription. After holding for almost 15 minutes, the pharmacy manager Cynthia sounded annoyed and rushed to get through the call vs try and help me understand the questions I had. I explained to her I had a funeral to attend out of town and I wanted to make sure I had my seizure medication before I left. She was cold and not helpful. There has been several occasions where she is rude and seems overwhelmed. Me Being a manager in customer service for 16 plus years, in my opinion, she is not someone that should be around people especially customers who are concerned about getting and needing their medications on time. She made it seem like she ran the place and no one was above her and hung up the phone on me. I made a complaint through email and also spoke to someone helpful at another location who offered to pass this on to the district manager. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this.

Truly one of the worst pharmacies in central Texas. If you ever want to come pick up a prescription be ready for horribly rude service and a 20-30 minute wait (inside or drive-thru). I cannot wrap my mind around how the service can be so miserable.

ZERO STARS!!! My son has a double ear infection, he literally begged me to take him to the ER (he's 4), prescript was sent over about 4am, around 11:30ish they said it'll be ready an a hour. Get there bout 3ish all for them to say it's out of STOCK!! SO WHY WOULDN'T ANYONE REACH OUT (common sense)!!! TERRIBLE i will never do busy with CVS every again. AVOID KYLE CVS!!! ZERO STARS BAD SERVICE!!!

They were great at the pharmacy - no complaints - we recently moved to the area, and the traffic and people (because of tax-free weekend!) was overwhelming. But the gentleman was helpful and kind. I am sure the weekend frazzels everyone!

I've seen the reviews so I was concerned originally - but every since I moved down here, everyone has been nice, friendly, helpful \u0026 know their stuff. \u0026 always have what I need so I'm pleased.

I am moving to this area and was looking to transfer my prescriptions from an online pharmacy subscription service to this location. Let me start off by saying, I used to work in pharmacy, I used to work for retail, etc etc. I know what is and *isn't* normal for both pharmacists/technicians and customer attitudes--In no way did I deserve to be rudely SNAPPED AT on the phone by the pharmacist when I tried to give her a fax number for my other pharmacy. You'll have much better luck filling your prescriptions in Buda, where they'll take a fax number and other pharmacy info without being incredibly unprofessional about it. Way to make an impression on a new neighbor/potential customer. Will NEVER be filling here. I'd rather pay out of pocket elsewhere.

One of the worse pharmacies I've been to. My family and i are new to the area and my daughter's pediatrician had sent her prescription to a different pharmacy and when I arrive they informed me that they didn't accept my daughters insurance so they told me to go to CVS and they would transfer my prescription I called CVS and they told me that they would call the other pharmacy so they could transfer my daughter's prescription and fill it. well when I went into the pharmacy they told me that they only had one of my daughters meds which wasn't the one that she need it right away I showed her where my doctor had prescribe my daughter two different medication and the tech was so rude stating that I would have to call the other pharmacy so that I could confirm that they had the other prescription so that I can let CVS know that they had it, very very rude, unprofessional.

Very horrible and inept staff here. The expression on their faces and customer service says it all. It took 7 days transfer my RX from my previous Pharmacy. If my medical insurance company hadn't chosen cvs I would NEVER use them. Avoid at all costs please

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible service; slow, and understaffed. The tech at the front is rude and condescending (I don't know his name because I don't care to look but he's a tall, lanky idiot). The pharmacist is obviously overworked as I've never seen her lift her head from whatever she's doing. I'm genuinely surprised there is a review that says they filled a prescription quickly because that has never been my experience with this location. The only reason I go to CVS in the first place is because my insurance won't cover the cost of my medication elsewhere (what a scam). I'm almost at the point where I would rather pay full retail price than return to this sad excuse for a pharmacy. Seriously, if you don't want to leave angry, don't go here. Also, don't bother calling; you'll be on hold for no less than 10 minutes. This location is as awful as the people working there. 0/10 would not recommend.
