Been given the run around 3 times at this store and I've only been dealing with them for like a month. As we speak my husband is on his way back from San Marcos because they told him my prescription was filled there. So he got there and they told him no it's at the CVS in Buda. So he's on the way there and I'm currently writing this review while I'm on hold with the Buda store. Been 12 minutes so far, I guess we'll see what happens first. If they answer or if my husband gets there in person. Switching to HEB from now on

So thankful for Carla for helping me checkout at the front. Even with a line growing behind me, she didn’t rush me. I’ve had issues with using my ucard and she was very kind, patient, and understanding when I had questions and concerns about it. We figured it out and she was attentive to what I had asked as I was trying to stay under budget. She helped save me money!

My mother called corporate weeks ago because this store pharmacy Stole $50 from her by refusing to use her good rx card. She has never received a call back and was told that the regional manager would call her back and she hasn’t gotten that call. They just dropped her as a client because she has been lied to over and over and over again by the staff there and got upset this morning because her prescriptions still weren’t filled. My mom has been with CVS for over two decades and had already decided that she was done with this pharmacy due to the way she was being treated. They were discriminating and talking down to her because she is on Medicaid.

My 88 year old mother had an emergency and needed a restroom quick. We were told it was broken. Then when I suggested she would use the men’s she refused again. I asked to speak to manager on this day Friday March 1 and was told she was the manager. The manager was most uncooperative and had a bad attitude. I’ll never go in this pharmacy again.

This store is the worst and it's only become that way in the recent two years because I've never had problems getting my medication. However, they don't answer their phones. I can never get my medication on time they're always out of it or it's on order so they offer me maybe a five day supply Until they get more. However, tonight I was told that they cannot do a five day supply and I will have to go without my medication because they do not do that and they never have and I definitely know this is a new person at the store I don't know how long they've worked there, but they did say they would call their manager and then call me back. The store closes in 20 minutes so I bet I won't be getting a call. This is a medication that I am desperate to have because I rely on it and right now I feel out of my skin because I don't have it. I don't understand how a pharmacy can't get it together like all other pharmacies work. Unfortunately, us people on medication relying on medication to live are treated like it's not important. That's exactly how I feel with this pharmacy like I'm not important or my life is not important. No stars at all and anyone who leaves more than one must have a lot of patience or is a worker there trying to make them look better. Unfortunately, we all have to choose one star to leave a review and I bet that's why they even have 1.5.

Ordered a puzzle online for a gift to give over dinner. Showed up to pickup the puzzle to find the order hadent been touched and when they tried to make the order they realized they didn't have the resources. Went out of my way to get it and wasted about an hour plus the time to customize the photo. Very disappointed and didn't have any gift to give afterwards.

Went in today and the pharmacist on duty at 2:30 on 2/10/24 is very rude. I asked her to no touch my Credit card three times and she still took it. When she didn’t push a button on her screen and blame me for not putting my card it right when my chip was in. Then when I tried to take my card she waved me off and took my card again. Then after she finally pushed the button on her screen I was able to make the payment, and when the receipt came out, I asked her for the receipt and she took it and threw it at me.

I have never had any complaints or issues when visiting this store. During my most recent visit this week in Jan 2024 the store had a strong odor of mold. I asked the pharmacy cashier if her store manager was aware and she mentioned the store currently does not have a store manager. If you have allergies to mold, I advise not to visit this CVS.

The hands down worst pharmacy within 50 miles. Consistently do not have medications. Consistently lose prescriptions. Understaffed angry workers. I will never do business with CVS again and will be pulling ALL of my prescriptions. In fact I will never step foot in a CVS again as they can't even get cashiers and make you check yourself out. Do t waste your time with this establishment.

I am pregnant and this probably really minor, but I am so frustrated. I called yesterday afternoon to confirm my rx details. I wasn't able to get to this location until around 730 ish at night. I was told on the phone my rx would be $0, so I figured that this would be a short visit. I get there and the lady at the window has already closed her register. She is obviously frustrated, asked my information, went to the back and grabbed my rx. I forgot what the conversation was, but she basically was saying oh you could get the same rx over the counter because your insurance will make you pay $20. I knew this was incorrect, but I went with it because errors do happen. So, I asked her to run my insurance and she told me she wouldn't be able to because they were closing. It does not take that long to check and I am sure if she had just logged in to check she would have saw a note or something!!!! Called again this morning and it was confirmed my copay is $0. I hate complaining, but now I have to drive all the way back because she was lazy and didn't want to do her job!!!I will say the people on the phone were a lot better to deal with than the lady at the window. I appreciate their help.
