Ordered a puzzle online for a gift to give over dinner. Showed up to pickup the puzzle to find the order hadent been touched and when they tried to make the order they realized they didn't have the resources. Went out of my way to get it and wasted about an hour plus the time to customize the photo. Very disappointed and didn't have any gift to give afterwards.

Went in today and the pharmacist on duty at 2:30 on 2/10/24 is very rude. I asked her to no touch my Credit card three times and she still took it. When she didn’t push a button on her screen and blame me for not putting my card it right when my chip was in. Then when I tried to take my card she waved me off and took my card again. Then after she finally pushed the button on her screen I was able to make the payment, and when the receipt came out, I asked her for the receipt and she took it and threw it at me.

I have never had any complaints or issues when visiting this store. During my most recent visit this week in Jan 2024 the store had a strong odor of mold. I asked the pharmacy cashier if her store manager was aware and she mentioned the store currently does not have a store manager. If you have allergies to mold, I advise not to visit this CVS.

The hands down worst pharmacy within 50 miles. Consistently do not have medications. Consistently lose prescriptions. Understaffed angry workers. I will never do business with CVS again and will be pulling ALL of my prescriptions. In fact I will never step foot in a CVS again as they can't even get cashiers and make you check yourself out. Do t waste your time with this establishment.

I am pregnant and this probably really minor, but I am so frustrated. I called yesterday afternoon to confirm my rx details. I wasn't able to get to this location until around 730 ish at night. I was told on the phone my rx would be $0, so I figured that this would be a short visit. I get there and the lady at the window has already closed her register. She is obviously frustrated, asked my information, went to the back and grabbed my rx. I forgot what the conversation was, but she basically was saying oh you could get the same rx over the counter because your insurance will make you pay $20. I knew this was incorrect, but I went with it because errors do happen. So, I asked her to run my insurance and she told me she wouldn't be able to because they were closing. It does not take that long to check and I am sure if she had just logged in to check she would have saw a note or something!!!! Called again this morning and it was confirmed my copay is $0. I hate complaining, but now I have to drive all the way back because she was lazy and didn't want to do her job!!!I will say the people on the phone were a lot better to deal with than the lady at the window. I appreciate their help.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service the manager provides. Went in for a few items for my sick family and left with nothing and they still charge me for the items I did not get. The manager refuses to help refund the money and is extremely rude. Started yelling at me over the phone and hung up.

Worse CVS pharmacy ever. They never answer their phones and when they do it’s after you’ve been waiting 15+ minutes. Doesn’t matter what day/time it is. When they finally do pickup, they answer rude and unprofessional and pretend that they can’t hear you to hang up. Even though you’re at home with full signal and never have phone issues. I’ve never experienced this nor understand why they would act in that manner when people are relying on them for answers and their medications.Corporate definitely needs to have a serious talk or clean house at this location.If you’re in the Kyle, TX area I definitely recommend switching/going with HEB where they actually care for their customers.

A zero star rating is accurate. I’m not sure who runs this clown show but they need serious retraining. Apparently prioritization and customer service are foreign concepts to this CVS pharmacy. We’ve had issues for the year we’ve been here and used this pharmacy but today I’ve reached my limit. I used the CVS on line app to refill my prescription Saturday morning, that would be December 16th. My husband went by yesterday (18th) after work to pick it up for me. The inside pharmacy is closed. You can wait in the drive through which is 8 cars deep at 3:45 in the afternoon. I told my husband to just come home and I would pick my prescription up in the morning. I got to CVS at 11:30 this morning. When I finally got waited on I was informed that I had to see the lady at the “drop off window” because I didn’t have any refills. I see my Dr every 6 months and he sends 6 refills. My next appointment is in January so I knew this wasn’t correct information. Shocking, I know. I went to speak with Norma in the drop off window. Initially she told me I could come back tomorrow and they would have my prescription ready. I told her that wasn’t acceptable and my prescription refill request had been submitted the previous Saturday. Norma then told me I could come back in 30 minutes and pick up my prescription. I asked her why it hadn’t been filled already and she told me “look, I’m just being honest with you, we had no help this weekend”. Ummmmm, that sounds like a manager scheduling/prioritization problem to me. I mentioned that the store had been closed yesterday when my husband came by and she informed me that I was wrong. I called the CVS complaint line and spent the next 30 minutes having my grievance recorded. I went back in after the 30 minutes with the complaint lady still on the phone. When a completely different person looked up my prescription she told me it wasn’t ready and I could come back in 39 minutes. Say what? Oh no ma’am, I’ve waited 30 minutes and where is my prescription? The complaint lady called Norma on another line and I still waited an additional 24 minutes to get my prescription. There were 8 people working in that pharmacy that I counted. Why someone would not have the sense to start pulling and filling prescriptions from the app is beyond me. Customer service seems to be dead. I’m not holding my breath waiting on the “area manager, Philip” To return my call.

This locations pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service. The pharmacy doesn’t care how badly you need your life saving medication. Our doctor turned in a prescription for asthma medication in the generic form and after waiting for almost three weeks we finally had someone honest enough to tell us they refused to order it because it’s not expensive enough. Do not bring your business here to this location. They’d rather you end up in the hospital than help you if it doesn’t make them more money.

Such a great pharmacy staff. The pharmacist was incredible. I have a sick dog at home and he was so compassionate. Definitely coming back here.

Pharmacy is horrible there. They NEVER answer phones even when on hold for 52 min. If you call its just rings and rings til just after 8pm it automatically disconnects you cause they close at 8pm. No customer service there. Horrible pharmacy. Inside has been great though if your not visiting the pharmacy. Stay away go to Walgreens or HEB if possible.

Went to this store to get wipes and change the baby out of a dirty diaper. They wouldn't let us use the bathroom said it was already locked an hour before closing time. We had a baby who desperately needed a diaper change and it was almost freezing outside.
