Was such a nightmare from beginning to end the manager and Ann was at fault for most of it when she told me to pick a color I told her I didn’t want just basic color. I wanted gel color so she gave me a set of colors to pick and I told her I wanted a full set and a pedicure so she sent me back and the woman started to do my nails and I finally realized that she was just giving me a manicure and I told her I wanted a set of nails and she told Anne that I wanted the nails and she got all of it but she was wrong and that she had to do it herself and the lady doing my pedicure painted my toenails and when she was done, I was like aren’t you going to use the UV light and she told me it was just paint not gel and I told her I asked for gel and she said no problem and repainted them with no problem. She was very nice. I do not know her name, but then I went upfront to get the set of nails From Anne the manager, and she got bearing mean and had me in tears and didn’t change her attitude until she realized I was in tears and I told her that I would just never come back and then she tried to act nicer. I gave the lady that did my manicure a tip of $10 and after my after my full set of nails were done I gave the lady $30 and told her to give the other lady that did my toes Her tip when she said oh yeah I’ll give her $10 tip so basically she decided how much her worker would get very scandalous I will never go back to that place ever!

I went here a few days ago to get my nails done and the nail tech named David, I believe, was not great. I have never had a bad experience here from anyone else though. He was very rough and hurt my cuticles and nails. My cuticles are cut up and they bled from how rough he was with his drill tool and he made my nails burn on my ring fingers and middle fingers from the drill tool as well. Those finger nails are now sore. Everyone else is great like I mentioned, but I hope you guys are able to talk to him about being gentler with his drill tool so it doesn’t hurt anyone else’s nails or cuticles.

went to get a manicure and pedicure for my brother, they did not clip his nails, or even add lotion to his hands, I got a full set and they reuse the brushes you use to wash your nails after the file! they don't have a clean/dirty option for the brushes that you use so I just used soap and a paper towel. if they do that with the items we can see what do they do with the items behind the scenes! if cleanliness is your thang don't go here!

I have been coming here for about five years, and have had various stylists throughout that time. And don't mind any of them, but David. I have had him like 3 out of the last five times I've gone in. He makes you hold your finger/hand in a weird way, and points it out every five seconds to fix it even though it's really uncomfortable, he squeezes the crap out of your fingers and turns them to the point of pain, he nicked every single cuticle when drilling, he uses the file so rough and against the side of my finger that it ends up going raw. He's very rushed and almost annoyed that I pulled away every time he nicked me, like it's my fault, he doesn't let you wash your ends till the very end and by then there is powder halfway up your arm. I have to pick powder and polish underneath my fingers for days after wards. The nails look good, don't get me wrong, but I was very uncomfortable and would pull away from pain every five minutes. I have had Jenny, John, and Yvonne and I think her name is Kim and they are all excellent and they get stars! But with David my hands and nails are very sore the next day, will be requesting not to have him anymore.

Careful you’re watching for consistent pricing. I came in last week for a fill and paid $24. I also got one additional service and it was around $40-50 total with tip. This week the fill was $36 for gel when I had acrylics done previously. I went back and forth with the tech before just agreeing. I asking a lot of questions about the why the pricing was so different. Lots of different answers each time. I ended up just paying the $36 for the fill and left. They definitely just did an acrylic fill and charged me for gel. They dipped the brush in the purple liquid then into the powder. Gel is a paste that is placed, formed and hardened. This place is a scam. I will not be going back.

I have to give this place one star. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and after a 15 minute wait, the lady who did my eyebrows took 2 minutes max. I don't understand why she was in such a rush. She waxed the whole front part of my eyebrow!!!! do NOT come here to get your eyebrows done. I am soooo devastated. I would rather drive into Austin to get them done.

(Helen) is my go to when comes to my pedicure gives excellent message.
They always ask if, I would like something to drink the atmosphere is always nice.
I always do a call ahead appointment to do requests my nail technicians.

Superb nail salon!! I’ve been going here for years and the quality is excellent. I’ve tried other nail salons but Deluxe Nails is the “top of the top”.

I went to go get a full set on my hands and toes , I like the lady how she did the fullest on my toes they looked good I’m not usually a person that leave bad reviews but I didn’t like how my nails in the hands turn out the guy was very rough when he was filling them and was hurting me with the machine in my cuticles when he finished at the end he told me if he want it to put me cuticle oil I said yes before putting it he put acetone on my cuticles and they burned so bad and he saw and try to act like it didn’t hurt me , then when I payed they didn’t ask me if everything turn out okay the guy at the cashier who first took me in , also my nails look uneven and at the bottom they look All bolky by the cuticle’s. Don’t recomend if u want nails on handsService: Acrylic nails
