I’ve always gone here for my tires but leaving a review for an interaction I didn’t even have in store. I called today and spoke to Tyler to get some info on a previous tire purchase and he was the most friendly, informative, and kind person I’ve interacted with. I’ve never had a bad experience, but this phone call stood out as a 5 star experience. Tyler seriously deserves some praise and I hope he is there when I do have to take my car in.

I went to get my tires of 2 years and 5 months and 20k miles rotated and was told the two back tires were rated hazardous. I questioned why and the manager/salesman tried to indicate it was my fault. I was asked, “Do you stop a lot?” I said yes at stop signs and red lights. I am a careful driver who sticks to paved roads. Yes, I was asked what kind of roads I drove on. So I had to buy two new tires with only a discount from my warranty to help replace the tires. They do not stand behind their product, instead tried to blame it on me.

Always always professional and helpful. They’ll inflate your tires even if you didn’t buy your tires here. Tire selection is infinite and they can get them fast. Make an appt and you’re in and out in an hour

Have used them ever since I started driving. They are very professional and always resolve any issues. They can get pretty busy sometimes so I always try and make an appointment.

My husband took his truck here to get an alignment. Ended up with a hole in the back tire that they knowingly put on his truck and risked his life and others. Then, threw away a perfectly good tire. Wasted our whole day here and they didn't fix anything. Ended up having to go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Patched my tire today for FREE! Really friendly staff and clean facilities. It did take around 1.5hrs without an appointment, so be prepared for that. Will go again!

Had a great experience at my local DT today. I want to give a shout out to Heinz, the gentleman who checked me in, he was cordial, friendly, and helpful. It was busy with lots of vehicles in line, and these guys worked hard to get people in and out as fast as they could. Excellent service!

First off, lobby is chaotic, made an appointment and even had to wait plus another customer with an appointment after mine got called before me. Went to have tires checked and sensors replaced and picked up car with tire sensors, indicating tire pressure low and sensors, so I’m not really sure what I paid for. So then I tried calling to speak to someone about the sensors and how I explained that was the main reason I brought the vehicle in so they passed the phone. It felt like i had called a daycare and they were passing the phone around to every child

Always super busy so make sure to book an appointment online. Note even with an appointment it will likely take up to an hour for them to complete service. Staff are friendly

Henry was awesome and very pleasant. I made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. They had my tire changed in less than 30 minutes! I almost got whiplash from that turn around time! Ha! Seriously though this is a fantastic discount tire. I will definitely be coming back. Get the warranty people!
