I was just there and one of the workers I imagine the manager was in a very bad mood and spoke to me badly in front of people. Terrible place you should be happier it's not my fault you don't like your job !!!!! I'm the gain lady

i came in after work in a bit of a rush to pick up some turkey sausage so i could make dinner. there were only 4 in the fridge \\u0026 i hadnt noticed the color change of the meat until i was done scanning all of my items and got to my last item - the sausage. i realized it was slightly bad and couldnt exit the checkout screen so i took my stuff and went back to the fridge to see if there was any other ones that looked better, and maybe find someone who was stocking so i could ask them bc the lady upfront looked busy. when they went to ask the lady upfront who im guessing is the manager, she had the nastiest attitude. she said that those were the last of them, \\u0026 that she had asked me if i needed help \\u0026 i ‘rudely walked away’, and said that i ‘couldnt check prices on the register’, which i wasnt doing. i ended up buying everything except the sausage , and after payment i went to the fridge to return the sausage so i could get on with my day. i turn around and im being followed because she ‘wanted to see what i was doing back here etcetc’ with continued attitude. idc who you are im a paying customer and u have cameras everywhere to check if im stealing. even if i didnt hear her there was no need to have an attitude with anyone, its your literal job to assist. horrible customer service. thank you to the shipment guy that was nice enough to assist me tho it wasnt his job to.

Wow, I have just witnessed the most unprofessional disrespectful act on a customer that was trying to use the self check out. First she had a coupon which the system does not tell us that you cannot use a coupon so once she entered her coupon it prompt her to wait for assistant, well we waited for a while we looked at each other we said do you think somebody’s coming so high? The quiet person that I am yelled out for the associate she yells out you need some help the young lady in front of me responded. The system says that you have to assist me so when she came to the assistance, she told the customer you can’t use the coupon here in a matter of fact, tone is, if the customer should’ve known this. She says you’ll have to check out at the regular checkout and the customer stated there was no one there, so I started to check out here. It was just an ugly ugly communication to a customer.

Don't drop off FedEx packages here. Dropped off two packages, one never scanned in and FedEx never received. The other was an empty box received by the recipient. Very disappointed. I will now have to drive further due to theft by Dollar General employees.

Dollar General in Kyle. , road 150 , , the lady in the Cashier dep , was very rude , no way to treat customers this way , never will I come to this store . Other that she is ugly , but rude .

I never leave bad reviews but this is the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a dollar general ever. Rather drive further to a different store than to be treated the way I was treated today. They don’t want to do their job and give customers attitude.

Always find what I need, great staff. 3 stars because digital coupons are a nuisance, just going in to buy something simple and I have to have another app. Secondly, honor the shelf price, and stock accurately. Shouldn’t have to negotiate, yes some items can be placed even by customers in the wrong place. But when all of say storage containers are visible and the price clearly marked? Honor the price and remove the incorrect tag.
