Two times in a row we ordered and half our order was messed up. We are a busy family and sadly order at least once a month. Today was dry pasta, last time was smashed pizza. I took a picture of the pizza and immediately emailed them back to report the issue, and didn't hear a word. I think we will be taking our business elsewhere. When you have a large family and everyone likes something different I can't continue to order $70+ dollars of food and hope it comes out.

Today at 6:30pm April 25thIf you are a person of color or a woman avoid this place!Your worker Rin working the front is truly a piece of work, unable to ask me if I ordered online, unable to ask my name, unable to ask if I paid for my order, unable to ask if I needed anything else, instead she went to the back end to work on other things and ignored me, not uttering one word to me and none of the employees cared much about it today when I picked up my pizza a few mins ago.Today when I went to pick up a pizza at your Jack C Hays Trail Blvd (Professional hall location) There was someone getting cashed out and I had to wait about 10 mins for service because there was female named Rin working the front that was going to help me, yet then decided not to, without asking me a single thing and instead went to occupy herself with the other 5 employees making pizzas, ignoring me instead, leaving me to wait. Then a white male walks in and she rushes to help him, take his name and get him his pizza so he could leave promptly! I ask the girl now cashing me out "what was that?"She smiles and goes, ohh I'm sorry, I ask "why was she willing to help himbut refused to help me leaving me standing there for 10,15 mins ?!?!!!" If it was about my paying I could do it on my app! That's where I ordered my pizza to begin with! But no, Rin could not manage to open her mouth to ask me anything at all or explain why she could not help me. She the cashier again says me to me "ohh I'm sorry" and smiles at me.You should not be hiring people that can't help or treat everyone equally just because we are not the same shade of skin color or the same sex!?!?!!!!

Overall, it was not the worst experience but the delivery took quite a while. But the thing that REALLY pissed me off was that ichose the contact less delivery option and in the "delivery instructions" box put to leave the order on the chair on the patio and "DO NOT KNOCK ON DOOR OR RING DOORBELL". So of course what I was expecting would be a silent delivery was not. The delivery guy banged on the door. Which set the dog off. Which woke up our baby. So instead I spent almost 45 minutes calming down a stirred up dog and trying to get a screaming baby back to sleep. By the time I actually got to sit down and eat my pizza, it was cold and my garlic nuggets were cold and had started getting hard. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO DO LESS WORK???? People put special instructions on for a reason. Not for lazy delivery drivers, who already got a nice tip ahead of time, to ignore and ruin my quiet dinner. Maybe a competitor with staff that can follow instructions next time.

I have gone to this Dominos multiple times since it has opened in front of our neighborhood. I decide to order food on the Dominos app. I use the pizza tracker to track my process. I was supposed to pick up the pizza at 650pm. I go in to pick up my pizza. This place is busy with employees knocking out orders. The young male and young female who are getting the orders ready look around. I was told that no one made the large pizza and it would take 6 more minutes. I decide to sit down and wait. I finally get the rest of my order almost 20 minutes after I was told my food would be ready.First of all, why have an app with a tracker when the tracker is going to give the wrong information about your order. It is frustrating to go into a place expecting to have your food ready to good and correct, only to find out that I need to wait even longer. You set my expectations of 6 minutes, only to give me my food 20 minutes later? Secondly, I will agree with the previous comment about the sausage being "huge chunks". I am not sure if they went with another vendor. The sausage should be "crumbles", not huge "chunks" of sausage. Third, I ordered their tots after seeing the commercial. The cheese was burned. They were crispy and flavorful, but I expected better quality for almost $7.Overall, this place is hit and miss. I get I am sure this place has a high turn over rate. I am sure it is hard to get good, quality employees working. You would expect some consistency in the service quality. When I get home, half of my order is "lukewarm" and the other is hot. I have had great experiences at this place in the past. I did get an apology for the screw up. I was not expecting anything in return. It would have be nice to have them offer a drink or maybe free desert for my trouble. In the sea of pizza joints in Kyle, I think I will start taking my business elsewhere.

Worst place to get delivery or customer service. My wife ordered a pizza for delivery online. Was told it would take 25 mins. By the computer. Ordered at 12:12. The computer said at 12:23 it was being quality checked. When she called at 12:55 to find out where it was, the answer bot said the pizza was out for delivery. She called a little after 1, the associate told her that the website is corporate and they have no control over it. Their order time is actually 90 min. He said it is weather conditions. It is now bone dry today after 2 days of weather conditions. He said the pizza hadn't even been made yet! She called back at 1:20 and asked when it was going to be ready for pick up and a refund for delivery charge. She was told by another associate the order had been cancelled

If I could get this restaurant six out of five I would. I called a different pizza place and they would not answer the phone and online ordering was not working. I ordered my pizza online through Dominos app and had it home within 15 min. Thank you Dominos!

What kinda place comes up to ur door (after u put hand me my pizza option) has you sign, WAITS FOR YOU TO SIGN...And then puts the pizza ON THE GROUND FOR YOU TO PICK IT UP? maybe they put the hand to me option bc they're disabled and can't bend over also weird to put it on the floor anyways when you're right in front of them. Goofy. Food isn't bad but people are so weird.

3 stars for the value. $7 after coupons and offers. Great service from the staff. Walk in walk out. No wait. Order is completed when stated. Ordered the Brooklyn style pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Better than frozen pizza, but not by much. They cut the pizza right this time. Normally has incomplete slice and have top pizza apart.
