Dr Gilcrease is a very good doctor. He has many many patients, , and he spends quality time with each patient. Everyone wants to see him. He has a PA who is excellent. Her name is Rita.

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me preface this by saying I've never actually seen Dr Gilcrease. Mostly just PAs so I can get my referrals to other doctors. I have stage IV cancer so most of my care comes from oncologist. The PA I saw today had no idea about my cancer. Like I've been seen by them for over 3 years now??? Is it not in my file. I was told I needed a mammogram which I responded my scans are taken care of. I felt bullied and belittled and what I said didn't really matter. Not to mention, the office staff is horribly rude and seems like they don't really care about any of the people coming to the office. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. This office is terrible.

Dr gilcrease is awesome. He takes his time with each patient. He doesn't rush you out and takes the time to explain things. He reminds me of my old country doctor I use to go to as a child. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Gillcreases nurse named Sylvia is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you need the doctors help avoid her at all costs. I’ve never met a more arrogant nurse in my life.

I need reliability of the same Dr and they go through nurse practioneers too much. Dr Gilcrease will leave you out in the cold when you need something for whatever reason. He is not a caring Dr. He does not go above & beyond like my current Dr that I switched to. His staff is the same way....minions. I have health issues & I need to feel that it's not all about money with a doctor.

Dr. Gilcrease has been our family doctor for more than 10 years now. We keep going back because he's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend him if you are looking for a PCP.

I've been a patient for many years, and recently needed to be seen as soon as possible (2 different occasions and issues). The most recent issue when trying to make an appointment after an urgent care visit over the weekend and needing a possible referral to a specialist, I was told the earliest was April 28th- over a month to be seen. I asked what their plan was for patients that can't wait that long, and they didn't have an answer. The excuse was they were down from 3 practitioners to 1. But their website says excepting new patients!? I am very frustrated and disappointed. I was able to get a new family physician and an appointment for next week! Do better!

Unbelievable! Had a 1200 appointment, after 45 minutes I went to the receptionist who stated it would be another 1:30; that’s a 2:15 wait! Nobody came out to tell me and after inquiring this is a common occurrence. I set this appointment weeks ago and even called to try and reschedule as I had very important meetings scheduled today. I ended up cancelling my appointment without seeing the Dr. and not rescheduling as next appointment wasn’t till June. The Practice Manager Courtney and receptionist were very friendly and understood my frustration.

Dr. Gilcrease is the best doctor I've ever seen, I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The only "problem" I've ever encountered was that I had to wait a little past my appointment time to be seen. It doesn't bother me, though, because there are so many things that Dr. Gilcrease does right that so many other doctors just don't care enough to do. He gives you his undivided attention for the length of the appointment, and he listens! It's hard to find a doctor who cares, much less one who listens, so maybe if you're a person who just needs a quick annual check up you might want to schedule with one of the nurse practitioners(who are also really good!)I also can't say enough good things about his nurse Sylvia - she is so nice and always returns phone calls quickly, gets prior authorizations, and referrals done efficiently.I seriously can't recommend Dr. Gilcrease enough, I'd like him to stay a hidden secret so that he's always available lol but seriously if you need a good, down to earth doctor who cares about your overall well being and isn't going to push expensive procedures and brand name things on you- well look no further. I promise it's worth the wait to see him and his team.
