Joel and Sara were so kind and attentive to me when I went in for the flu. Joel made me laugh to put me at ease and Sara made me feel secure and safe in going. I don’t like going to the doctor's since none have ever really made me feel heard, but I would definitely recommend CareNow since they will listen to you and help you. Thank you, Sara and Joel for taking care of me.

The doctor was great. She knew what I had immediately and she prescribed me what I needed. I cannot say the same for the front desk representatives. They were trying to charge me $200, 50% percent of my coinsurance when I always paid a $5 copay every time I go there . They tried telling me that they’ve always charged me 50% of my coinsurance when I know every time I go there I pay a five dollar co-pay. They try to make things better by saying the least they could drop it to is $100 and I said no this is not correct so I called my insurance company my insurance company told me that I was correct and that my co-pay was only five dollars. They chose not to speak to my insurance representative and Instead wanted a reference number and a name which I gave to them. One of the ladies tone was not friendly and persistent as if she knew what she was talking about. I feel like the front desk really needs to get it together and know what they’re doing because it is not right if they’re doing this to people who really can’t afford it, or does not know how to speak up for themselves (like the elderly or someone who doesn’t speak English) also, who wants to try to figure out their own co-pay whenever they’re ill and not feeling well?

Having an urgent medical need which was stressful. My Primary Doctor could not see me for 2 weeks! Care Now Urgent Center in Kyle was a positive experience. I had a dog bite from being stupid, when I tried to intervene with food and my dog…. Don’t ever do this! Went to the Care Now Center, they were quick, got me in immediately, my provider was excellent. I received such good care. Received medication I needed. I was so pleased with the treatment and outcome. They took my insurance and I was out within 30 minutes. This place is great! Thank you to all the staff! This was perfect for me, as it wasn’t life threatening and I certainly didn’t want to clog up an ER!
What an efficient way to take care of patients!

Brought my son here Saturday. They didn’t check for flu the next day we found out it was the flu. They did run a culture test and by the time they called with results they were all mixed up. The lady first couldn’t find the results even though they had called 2 mins before I called them back. Then she reads the results and says to continue taking antibiotics yet they never prescribed anything for my son. They took my 200$ and did a half ass job. Don’t come here go anywhere else!
