The Fed Express Driver repeatedly claimed that the delivery could not be made because he falsely stated that the addressee was not at home. Fed exp would not make a fourth attempt to deliver a gift despite my assurances that the addressee was at home.

My package was out for delivery then all of a sudden it gets pushed again till tomorrow! Give me my package! Poor service!

So far a good experience. They're keeping me loaded and busy. Good communication and easy check in and out.
