The WORST delivery company ever. It’s bad enough I always have issues with my packages when company’s use FedEx as a third party to deliver orders. I placed an order December 20th. Delivery date for December 24th. Got a notification it’ll be delivered early on December 23rd.. okay, cool. Then on December 23rd I received a notification that “customer requested future delivery” and I did NOT! Then I’m constantly calling the customer service number to get in contact with someone to see what’s going on and why the package is now saying “delayed due to operational problems”. When I finally got ahold of someone on Dec 24th, he says “oh they attempted to deliver but there was no unit number on the address. Your package is still at the warehouse in Kyle.” I know for a fact I put the unit number because I screenshot all my receipts and WAYFAIR said there was a unit number on my address. the system never updated from the 23rd-26th. Why is it Kyle Tx is 30mins from me and my package sat at yall warehouse from Friday-Thursday . I’m convinced your drivers as LAZY per usual and did not want to deliver it because of the weight of my package! DO BETTER! I’ll never go through a company again if they use FedEx for delivery! and “YORDAN” is the driver!!

Worst shipping customer service Ive ever had to deal with.
Have package sitting in ware house and wont deliver it even after many calls to Fed Ex, Customer service people don't provide updates as promised or just hang up on you during call.
A shipping company that wont deliver packages. How does that make sense

Not only my package was damaged and had to return to sender and be resent - now my new package has been sitting at this location for a week now even though I paid for expedited shipping. This company is going down the drain and I will not be using it for future deliveries

After my recent experience with this FedEx facility failing to deliver a 75lbs 40x30x28in very expensive package, I can no longer trust this FedEx facility to deliver any other future packages.
Apparently, my package was marked as delivered but never showed up. My guess is that it was either delivered to the wrong address, or the driver in charge stole it.
EDIT: Replacement product was sent through FedEx again which I don't understand, however, the second shipment was delivered which required a signature. Weird part about the signature, I asked if I had to sign for it and he said I don't. I checked the tracking and apparently the driver signed for it which I thought they can't do.
Anyway, I received the replacement package so I will increase the review rating from a 1 star to 2 stars.

FedEx, count yall days!! Yall are the WORST DELIVERY COMPANY AROUND, and to know that I worked there 8 years. It’s still the same, not thing has changed. Drivers are LAZY and WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO, deliver packages. This is why I do not use your company, I use Amazon and UPS, reliable companies. I ordered several things of of Amazon, and unfortunately this time the Amazon used FedEx to deliver the package. First attempt “someone rescheduled” the first attempt. Second attempt “no one was at the business” both are lies. They never even tried to attempt the delivery because it’s a refrigerator. Don’t get me started on customer service. Don’t expect them to help AT ALL!

I had never had issues with packages being delivered on time until it hit this fedex facility in Kyle. I can’t believe all the negative reviews are actually true, this facility keeps saying package is out for delivery but it just won’t move. Seems like no one gives a crap about the packages that arrive there and I have no clue when my package will arrive. THEY ARE THE WORST!

This review is for the FedEx depot in Kyle, Texas. it seems this place is a big black hole, as packages work their way across the country and then hit this depot. Once they get to this depot, things go bad. They get stuck there for a week and then you have to call FedEx support and place a ticket to get the package moving. The depot marks the packages as "Future Delivery Requested", even though I never requested a future delivery (this has happened more than once). Then they finally get the package on the truck, the tracking information states "arriving between 4:00 and 8:00 pm", and they show up at 11:00 am and no one is home to sign.
I never have any shipping issues with UPS, DHL, Amazon, and USPS. FedEx needs to look into this Kyle Depot location and find out why its rotten. 1 stars for the review is too much.

This facility can never deliver to my address in first attempt I don't understand why, during last seven years. UPS, USPS and Amazon don't have that problem.

I don't want to give any stars but had to, to leave a review. FedX has been the worst delivery service for the past 3 to 4 years and I will no longer use them for ANYTHING!!! They have failed at delivering merchandise when you paid for expediting service while also refusing to give a refund for not meeting the timeline. They have delivered merchandise to the wrong location and now they was suppose to deliver flowers between 9am - 1:40pm and didn't but didn't even give a notification! To add insult to injury I called them only for them to tell me well it can be delivered by 8pm. The business is closed at 5pm then he said we'll we can deliver it tomorrow and I explained it was a surprise for her today cause she is not working tomorrow so basically there was nothing he could do RIDICULOUS!!!! So I call 1-800-Flowers and they contacted Fedx and said FedX would make it priority and have it delivered by 5pm. 5pm came and no delivery so I checked the status and it says Fedx made a attempt delivery so will try again tomorrow. My wife is still there waiting on something that NEVER came so now they are lying about making deliveries. Where is the solace in this??? I WILL NEVER USE FEDX AGAIN!!! And if a business uses them I will stop using them also!!! Where is the customer service at these days!!!

The diver scanned my package as wrong apartment number (I live in a house) on the 23rd and 25th, customer service has confirmed the address is correct, and stated that the driver might not know where the address is located. However on the 24th the driver delivered a different package same address with no issues.

FedEx Ground is unparalleled in shipping time, is a great place to work, and now literally takes on Amazon and UPS routes.There is no disliking FedEx. This is the king in shipping.

This location has the worst drivers, they are far from being called drivers, they are just FedEx mules. The packages all arrive broken with a poor presentation. I had to confront one of them at one of my locations because he threw all the packages at my door without being aware of what was inside. I had to reorder my entire inventory. They have no ethics and are not professionals. Without leaving behind the fact that I know several people who worked there and they tell me how inept, poorly educated and disrespectful they are. They should definitely do something now with these supposed drivers. The client pays for a "service" and they do not meet the standards or comply with good management. Fatal !!!

Was told my package was attempted to be delivered today we have been here all day waiting for this package I have cameras and no one tried to deliver....no tag was left on my front door. I called and they said it was scheduled to be redelivered for Monday. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and I will be reporting to corporate to get this handled.
