Everyone at firehouse was so welcoming and kind. I visited with my 2 dogs and they looked after them with genuine care. My dogs had a great experience considering it was a new environment for them.

I took my dog here for the first time today, absolutely in love with this vet! The staff are so sweet and friendly, you can tell they genuinely care about every animal who comes through the door. Special shoutout to Ashley who was an absolute treasure, I would go to this clinic just for the care she provided to my baby. It was also such a coincidence to see Jess at the front desk who helps walk my dog through Wag and is simply the best. Dr. Rain went above and beyond to walk me through options for my pup and get things taken care of swiftly. I really appreciated that they weren’t trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was kind of the opposite, with deals being available to offset the cost of dental care. Overall a very positive and enjoyable environment which is a lot to say for a veterinarian clinic.

Amazing staff. Very respectful and caring not only with my dog but for me as well. If you’re struggling to find a vet for your pets this is definitely the place to go!

Please don’t waste money here. My dog had a severe allergic reaction to a medication prescribed. Without telling me, they got themselves reimbursed for the care provided to my animal by Pfizer and charged me the full amount. They are a doc in the box at best. Today we had another anaphylactic shock reaction to something and were laughed at by the receptionist Janet for not knowing the proper Benadryl dose. She then offered me a later appt if I needed the vet to “tell me the same thing”. I was unaware vet receptionists were the vets on duty. ROSENBROCK for the win today! call them for all vet care needs. They are compassionate and will take over care immediately when firehouse fails.

Can't recommend anymore. They were great for our multiple pets for many years, but after our young Great Dane died mere hours after a routine spay & stomach tack procedure performed here, we won't be coming back.

First time visit. Facility very nice. Not very busy, perhaps overstaffed at reception area. Efficient and friendly. Vet experience was exceptional.

FIREHOUSE CARESSSS!
These guys are seriously the best. In an industry that has become all too similar to the human healthcare industry, firehouse stands out as the ones who remember why they decided to get into the business in the first place. Out of 5 stars, I give them 100!
These people actually care about your animal. It is so obvious that they are motivated by getting your pet back to full health And that they Are attempting to achieve that without emptying your wallet if they can.
With so many other clinics, it feels like the exact opposite. Other clinics run the same tests on every pet that comes in regardless of what you tell them about the symptoms of your specific pet, and then they finally start treating your pet after you hit the $750 threshold for those tests that they ran. I can't stress it enough. They ran the tests that they needed to in order to make an informed diagnosis on my pet and recommend treatment.
The doctor stayed in the room with me and walked me through her plan in real time and made sure that I was aware of the exact amount it would cost me and comfortable with all the decisions before moving forward.

Everyone was so kind and made my sweet Zara feel loved and excited to be there. They even made her a cute complimentary Firehouse name tag for her collar! I really appreciated them checking in on how she was doing the following day as well as taking the time and care to answer any questions I had!

We've had such a great experience with Firehouse, both the vet and the pet resort. Dr. McCann is so kind and ensures you get all your questions answered. She and the staff are so communicative even via email when I have a question. I'm grateful we found a vet we can trust and who truly cares for our pup!

I love the staff here and so do my pets. They are compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. I have a cat who was recently diagnosed with nasal cancer and the care she is receiving is above and beyond the call. ❤️
