They were very, very busy when I showed up, but my experience there was awesome. I was able to leave my car to have my tire changed and they called me when it was ready to be picked up. The service was very friendly. I plan on getting three more tires.

Although the Service Tech was busy he took appropriate time with each customer making sure he got the right info. He also took the time to show me the part that was the issue and explained in a way I totally understood.

Worst place to go too
Went in for 4 brand new tires wife waited from 11 am till 4 pm only for them to tell her to leave the truck cause they are short handed. Its not even that it's them not having parts in the shop and someone having to leave every 5 min to get parts from the Auto store.
Yall have a good spot pay more attention to yall customers

Took a 1975 gmc to get worked on , you tell me if this is a professional job done , 1 new bearing installed and did an alignment, most of bushings were worn and they still proceeded to do an alignment, according to the store manager this is the way they do work, only pack new bearing and install leaving all old contaminated grease in there .

Would probably give more stars if they had followed through and done the inspection I called ahead for. Called to see if they could still knock out a state inspection before they closed and was told yes so I showed up within 15 minutes of the call just to find out they couldn’t get it done today because Jeff had to run for parts. I’m sure the service level perks up when you’re interested in purchasing tires but if I can’t count on them for a $7 service then there’s no chance I would trust them to take care of a $700 service. I know y’all can do better, I’m just disappointed in what I was told on the phone was different from the answer given in house.

I came here with one issue that led to MULTIPLE issues. Every time they fixed one thing on my car something else ended up being wrong the next week, things that were not wrong before. This place is a scam save your money and go to a local family shop. If I could give 0 stars I would smh. I’m going to look into filling a lawsuit for the parts that were intentionally messed up on my vehicle. I’m disgusted.

Don at Firestone helped me work with my warranty to get repairs covered. The work was completed quickly even though they were very busy.

I take business reviews very seriously, and I gave this one a lot of thought. I'll say this right away, they got the job done. This was my first time here as I actually have a preferred place I go to regularly. I came here because it was open on a sunday. I made a reservation for 9 a.m., so I got there early. The store manager told me it would be several hours before they could get an alignment done because they still have cars from the day before. My initial observation is that they're understaffed, so I can understand the long wait. That was not my biggest concern. My biggest concern was that after waiting several hours, the store manager called me up and said that one of my tires needed to be replaced, and they won't complete the alignment until I got one. BIG RED FLAG. This put me in a situation where I had to buy a $200+ tire or my time sitting there at their store would be a complete waste of time. So, I coughed up $300+ for the entire work. After leaving the store, it hasn't sat right with me ever since. I believe the store manager was not operating in good faith. I'll never use Firestone again.

Horrible experience! Had an appointment for a tire balance at 1 pm and at 3:30 pm my truck was still not attended to. I made a phone call to check on it and was told I would be next. Asked how long that would be and they said 5 minutes. An hour later they still had not serviced my truck. No one bothered to follow up with me or tell me that they were short-staffed. Would not recommend using this Firestone. A free oil change from the manager might have made me feel a little better. Avoid appointments. They don’t matter!

Gentleman named Jeff Jenkins explained everything to me clearly , made me aware my front tires needed replacing, did alignment on my car. I didn’t wait long at all , after leaving store. Car drove like a new Cadillac. Very satisfied customer. Will recommend and be back for future service.
