Had an appointment to get my AC serviced and sat in here for an hour and they finally looked at my car right when I had to leave. We don't have all fuckin' day to wait for y'all, it wasn't even busy when I came in. They had 3 cars in the port. Take your lunch later or earlier, you're providing a service for folks who need to get back to work on weekdays.

I called this location to try to get a quote on something I need worked on and the guy picked up the phone and said "I can't quote you I'm too busy to look that up and if you're concerned for your car then you can bring it in if you aren't that concerned then you don't have to bring it in" and then immediately hung up and didn't give me the chance to say anything back. He was very rude for no reason.

Do not bother going here. I brought my car to have it looked at and fixed since my engine light was on. Well, the engine light came back on roughly 2 weeks later, and I’m having to have it looked at again. So I went back here, to have it looked at and they were able to diagnose it - it’s what they told me. I wasn’t able to leave it right then & there though because I needed my car that day for something important. But when I called back a couple of days later to try and coordinate when I could drop it off to have the problem fixed, turns out they would have to look at it all over again because they didn’t know what was actually wrong with my car apparently. They were rather rude during this call when I was just trying to understand what was happening.

I have been going to this location for the last 10-15 years and I would not go anywhere else. The crew there are pretty awesome and know what they are doing!!!

Went because I had a nail in the side wall of my tire. They told me they didn’t have the tire and that it would arrive Wednesday so I made an appointment during my lunch break for Thursday. I went for my appointment and they told me they didn’t have the tire and that I could wait 4 hours for the tire to arrive. I couldn’t wait that long so I had to make another appointment. When I get to my second appointment they had me waiting for 20 minutes to check to see if the tire had arrived. They were unsympathetic when I shared my frustration about wasting my time and not giving me a phone call to let me know wouldn’t have the tire at my appointment. I understand they are very busy but they shouldn’t be too busy to give a customer a call if they cannot fulfill an appointment.

Brought my car in for a state inspection. Jeff called and said him and another guy noticed the belt was cracked and would cost $200 to replace. I said, "That doesn't sound right. I just had $1k worth of work done by my mechanic and he's very thorough and honest. Please check again." He came back and said it did need to he replaced. My husband brought the car straight to our mechanic, where he showed my husband the belt, which was not cracked.This is the 2nd time Firestone has told me something was wrong with my car, and would cost hundreds to fix, when nothing was actually wrong. I will not be returning to Firestone. Make sure you get a second opinion, especially if you're a woman.

Don’t waste your time or money. Had my car dropped off so they could diagnose a brake issue. They said I needed a new battery for $200 when I just bought one this past summer. Then I was driving home and my passenger window wouldn’t go up. I called them to ask what happened and he said it’s standard for them to roll down the front two windows when diagnosing a car. I told him that the window is not going up and he said I could bring it in to get checked out for $80. He then in a rude almost angry tone said that’s all he could do and then tried to say that I should have said the window didn’t work and that they aren’t responsible for fixing “preexisting conditions”. My car didn’t have a preexisting window issue. I was just trying to get my brakes checked.Unless you plan on paying for things you don’t need or having them break something for you to fix out of pocket, I don’t recommend this Kyle location.

Looked up online and saw they open at 7. Was waiting outside at 7. When checking me in they told me the mechanics don't show up until 8. Then why are you open? That's like going to a restaurant where the cooks show up an hour after they open.

One star is a lot for this place, I had an appointment today for balance my truck tires, I tooked half hour early and they tell me it will take about 2 hours to get the job done, I called about 3 hours later and they tell me that they are working on it, I went to picked up After 4 hours and they never toch it, I have to take my truck back like that, they did do anything to it.

I would not recommend this place even for a State inspection. They say they are inspecting your car while you wait, but then you find out after waiting for an hour that the inspector had decided to take your car to his lunch. Very unprofessional.

Appointment: oil change and tps light check at 8am. Arrival: Got there at 7:45am to help my daughter get checked in. Expectation: car in bay in first hour, completion in an hour or two. What I was told: 3-4 hours Luckily she was able to get a ride, plan was to wait in store. What actually happened: called at 1pm (5+ hours in) for an update - car would be next and ready in the next hour or so. Called again at 3pm (now 7 hours in) - again, car is next Finally get a call around 5:30pm the car was ready. Nearly 10 hours for an oil change and a tps reset. Common man.. the whole world is short handed but this is beyond ridiculous. I didn't expect a Jiffy Lube type turnaround but this is way excessive. Oh and then they tried to overcharge her by $100+ for work that wasn't done Would not recommend.

Christian went above and beyond, extremely helpful. He was definitely pulling extra weight as they were short staffed but had a great attitude.
