I love this bank and the service and I love that during hard times I have the privilege of overdrafts and turning it into a loan for piece of mind! That's a win win for me ! To not have to worry that my next check I will have to pay it bk in its entirety! Wow not even my credit union does that ufcu! ?

This is a reputable company. It is united with First National Bank. My parents were customers at First National since I was born or before.I appreciate their professionalism and their support. I LOVE THIS BANK!! They are open 7 days a week (6 here soon) and on most holidays. The staff is super friendly and professional. The Superviser Sam is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve been with them for 2 years and will not be leaving them.

I just moved to town and this was my first visit to this location and all I can say is WOW! Costumer service was great ! I was waiting In line and an employee offered me a snack while I waited (even though the wait was no more then a couple minutes) the girl that did my deposit was extremely friendly and quick ! I’m happy !

For the sweet love of Jesus, find another bank! Don't even use this bank to make change for a $10 bill..they will find a way to mess it up! One star because there is not an option for no stars..or in this case negative stars. Absolutely the worst bank and worst experience I have ever had in one. Ineptness runs rampant, especially with the "customer service" 800 number. Just. Don't. Do it!!!

Some things are great and unique like being able to get a medallion for treasury.gov account; some things are terrible. Currently working on closing books and their website is down. Are they hacked? Should we make a run on the bank? Also no one answers the phone, there really needs to be an option to get a person on the phone. Does anyone really call for directions or their account balance? When I call I expect a person.

This bank keeps taking money out of mine and my sister's bank for no reason. Over 50 dollars down the drain. This is ridiculous!!!

I do not recommend this bank at all I closed my account a couple years ago but the lady never closed it and apparently kept adding all these negative fees on my account which I wasn’t aware of and then when money was accidentally transferred to that bank they took it and they refused to refund it. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I've been with this bank for about 4 years. They're very friendly and helpful. They were a welcome change from dealing with Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America which all have very poor customer service. Yes it's in HEB but for me that makes it very convenient since I'm there shopping anyway. 2 big pluses for me is they're open 7 days a week and I get my paycheck at least 3 days earlier than any other bank.

By far the worst bank in Kyle. They will not under any circumstance work with you and your overdraft fee. Terrible customer service over the phone, They use an out of country call center with illiterate employees. Apparently it's all the regional managers fault because he's "strict" well I can tell he's the reason lots of people hate this bank. Don't waste your time here!

this is the only bank that will not give a courtesy adjustment. they will tell you they are submitting a request and that someone will call you to let you know if approved, but they don't call and when you call them to get status they will say it's denied. they won't let you speak with a supervisor and there is no one that will help even it was a mistake and you will incur a hardship. they did an update to their policy but didn't have any new terms for customers to agree. i find this bank lacking in basic customer service. The rep laughed at me when I told her that I had $0.85 in my account that was very very disheartening and as soon as I am able I will no longer be banking with this bank. never again

Went into HEB to turn in a lot of change(once a yr ritual). Was in line to do so and when I got up there was out of service, darn the luck. On my way out, walked past this bank and was stopped by an employee who offered to do it at a lesser exchange rate. I of course took him up on his offer. Minutes later was done and ready to go about my day. That very next day was too late to make it to my bank, thought about it and headed Back to HEB, 1st convenience was open, stepped in, saw the same gentlemen from the day before(Ricky) and he immediately remembered me, within minutes he had my new account set up, refund of the processing fee for the change the day before and my deposit done and available for me to use with my new temporary debit card. Completely happy with my decision to open an account here, and have a second bank account
