The insurance is awesome. I was with USAA who kept raising my rates and making any excuse they could to raise those rates. I switched to Fred loya and now I insure two vehicles for the same rate USAA wanted to insure one vehicle for. Sure they aren't available 24 hours but when they are available their customer service is exceptional.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! Fred Loya is the WORST INSURANCE to go thru as a victim!! I currently have my vehicle in the body shop and its going to be 3 months without any resolution! There is alot of miscomunication between who can do what in the Supplemental department and the adjusters. Fred loya in general is dragging their feet on paying for something that their client did for being irresponsible!! It might be cheap insurance for their clients but yall suck as an insurance company!! Nobody likes yall!! And it is Sooooo hard to find a body shop who will actually work with yall because yall are not comprehensive!! Fred loya needs to be out of business due to the inhumane way yall do business..DONT GET THIS INSURANCE!! Employees will also laugh at your frustration and inability to do anything about anything.

The girl is very rude chewing gum really and I'm here waiting on my sister and she got a call and a customer asked if she knew Spanish and she said yes and I guess the customer only knew Spanish and she was responding in English and she won't let go of the darn gum and she looks like she is frustrated and she thru us out cause she is very rude I will call customer service on her cause management never does anything about it

This is sad I cancelled my policy and its been three weeks no check didn't even give me a call or nothing but when my due date comes they call and make sure I'm about to pay but when you give my money back it's like you guys don't care because you don't.. you guys made a mistake on my address now I have to waste more of my time to go sign papers for your mistake that's not cool you guys don't wanna do people dirty like this you should take 100% responsibility and send the first check back or send another it's your mistake not mine...

I have always had a good experience when I have gone to this office. Everyone there have always greeted me with a smile & welcomed me when I walk inside. The ladies (men also when there are men) are friendly, courteous, & helpful. If I don't understand something, they don't mind taking the time to explain it to me. They have always made me feel welcomed to come anytime with my questions or concerns. They have the best prices for insurance coverage. They are great at handling claims & pay them efficiently.
