I visited for the first time and was treated very well upon arrival. I was looking for a nitric oxide supplement, and the staff was very knowledgeable. I received a free water bottle, a 20% discount on my next purchase, and a free meal plan book. They also let me sample a strawberry kiwi pre-workout, which I ended up buying. The staff was super friendly, and I highly recommend this place.

All the ratings talk about JD. It’s cause he’s that awesome. Go get taken care of at GNC in Kyle. He’s the real deal, and will point you in the right direction. I’m lucky to have someone knowledgeable and experienced at a local GNC store. This is where I’ll be doing all my shopping & research from now on.

JD is the new manager and immediately upon walking in he was welcoming. He asked my goals before suggesting any products. He is a wealth of knowledge and helped develop a meal plan and suggested workout plan. Would recommend to others.

Employee Chase asked me to call customer service because I said I was making a return for my immediate family member and he "wanted an extra return code because he personally, as an individual, has a higher return policy than the store and Corporate return policies listed on the receipt". This is unacceptable, wasted my time, and resulted in a Corporate Complaint filed against this location. I successfully returned the item at the next-closest location, in Buda.
