Well organized. Clean. Good values. I bought five (5) T-shirts for $20 bucks! Easy parking!

I don't usually go to Texas much only to visit family and friends, but when helping my Cousin pick some items, we asked this helpful worker named Noah and helped us exceptionally well and had a great attitude about it immediately making our day a little nicer, only bad thing is I heard a female worker berate him behind his back for what seems like no reason but he seemed like a honest and good worker.

Staff is nice and the store is clean. The children’s section needs some improvement they have girls and boys clothes all mixed in together which I find weird because other Goodwills have it separated. It makes it harder to shop for a certain gender when you have to dig through everything it could be more organized. I found a granimals T shirt for 3.49 and they are 3.99 brand new at Walmart next door and when they go on sale they are about 2.00. Goodwill receives these items for free why price them almost as new? The pricing needs improvement as well I find lower cost items at Ross and they are brand new.

Worst experience ever, me & my daughter were waiting in line for a dressing room forever, cuz they were all taken then out of no where some hispanic lady with gloves on, a “worker”, comes and starts putting closed signs over the doors w/out even telling us anything until i ask her and she says yes im closing the dressing rooms and walks away.,our basket was full of clothes, my daughter hangs them up and then we proceed to walk away and she has the audacity to tell us to take our baskets to the front, which the baskets that were there weren’t even ours. We took the 1 basket to the front, but No mam!! you can take them yourself since you’re being rude, closed the dressing room on us w/out explanation, no customer service whatsoever. I normally dont act like that but i was furious cuz she treated us like garbage. I hope her boss sees this because that is no way to treat paying customers just because you’re having a bad day. She then proceeds to the front to talk trash about us to the cashier.. while the other young guy who checked my daughter out, didnt bother say thank you or anything, he charged the clothes and just pushed them to the side, no thank you or anything, just walked away. We will not be back to this place

The prices are more than you pay at Walmart or other stores. Looked at plastic cereal bowls which are $.50 at Walmart, Badwill $5.49 each. Corked bottle at dollar tree $1.25, Badwill $5.49.What’s up. No good will here. Money hungry for fancy beds.

Wow. This is pretty nice for a Goodwill. It was my first time in this store. Only three stars because the lady working in the back came out and I asked her where the pots and pans were located. She rolled her eyes and vaguely pointed, saying over there. The checkout lady was very kind and personable.

Staff is friendly and store is pretty clean but the prices are high and the stock is low. I thrift pretty regularly and this is my least favorite thrift store, unfortunately for me it’s the closest goodwill! Wish they would be more reasonable with their pricing.

They mistakenly charged my card three times and refuse to refund the money to my card. They say the best they can do is give me back my money on a gift card? So they just took $50 from me essentially. I can’t pay my bills with a goodwill gift card. Weird and sketchy

The Goodwill in Kyle is the cleanest and best organized Goodwill location I have ever been to. All of the employees are so hard-working and dedicated. Irma, Blanca, Amelia, Amanda, and all of the Bro's in the store work together to make it great. Walk in and you will say "Wow!"

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience with the Manager, Cathy, on 6/14/23. I had purchased some items the evening before, on 6/13, and when I came in to do a return, I was appalled by how inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful she was during my return interaction. While returning two items, which both had tags on them, and had a portion of my receipt (my receipt was torn but still had the barcode at the bottom), she immediately said no, she could not return my items due to the receipt being torn, shaking her head vigorously, while making “ugh” “tsk” noises and sounding exasperated by helping me. Being a multi-unit retail manager myself, I asked the cashier if she could locate my receipt in her system, I had the date/time/register/and total amount and know this is something that can be done. I’m not sure why Cathy didn’t try to perform her job, which is directly responsible for customer service, but thankfully the cashier at a different register did, in fact, find my transaction and reprint the receipt for me. As I took my receipt to Cathy to do the return, she performed the return while rolling her eyes and making noises displaying not only her reluctance to conducting the return but her disgust with helping me. I told her that this was a horrible experience, I felt so uncomfortable due to her attitude, and rather than try to be helpful, she said “it would have been easier if you had the whole receipt.” It would have been easier if she had been polite, professional, and truly sincere with helping me rather than making huffing and puffing noises with an attitude. I explained that while I was checking out the evening prior, the cashier informed me when I was making my purchase that I could return items as long as “the tags are still on and it’s not a blue tag, those sales are discounted and final” and did not say anything about not having a return receipt. Cathy then asked if I would be shopping or leaving, I said leaving, as I did not want to be in her company any longer. I will now go out of my way to shop elsewhere, and will donate any items only to Salvation Army. I have donated many, many times and I am not willing to support a store with management staff who act in an unacceptable way. GOODWILL, if your management team does not have customer service skills, do not want to work, and does not enjoy helping people, they should not be in a management position.

Large variety with plenty of great bargains. Some of the items are priced incorrectly; priced more than the original price, so they may need to check on that.

They are so well organized. Friendly employees. If u need the help they are there. Shopping on Tuesdays is a great bargain specially if u r a Senior. We watch those prices they are really low. Clean all the way to the bathrooms. I will say if u are looking for great deals doesn't matter how old u r u r sure to walk out with a bargain of a lifetime. Kids have a good selection of many toys. Man's pants and shirts are terrific. And above all their Cloths are very clean and fresh smelling. Love thus place , we recommend it to everyone.

Not sure if management changed or what, but this used to be a favorite spot when looking for a deal..Over the last year or so the level of product is horrible and the prices of donated items has become outrageous!!! Broken Shoes for $15.99 Ripped Dresses for $11.99 and Knick Nacks that have the original 0.99cent sticker on them with a $2 49 GW sticker.I walked out after a pair of $15.99 shoes with visible ripped sides crumbled in my hands.EDIT TO GENERIC RESPONSE AND ADD IMAGES: "First and Foremost we consider our mission" - When you put sub-par (disgusting falling apart shoes) on the rack for $15.99. There is a larger issue at hand. Items should be priced to sell, not rot on shelves serving no mission without income. Its a horrible look for both the store and organization. There are other Goodwill's in the area that serve the same mission statement with clean/usable products and fair pricing for fast movement - DO BETTER for both your margins and your community.

I was at Goodwill in Kyle, Texas. The Manager was beyond rude. It was 30% off for senior citizens. My daughter was with me. Upon her paying for the purchase, this manager said “I can’t give you 30% off if your daughter is paying”!!! I couldn’t believe it! Is this something new? Dissatisfied customer and horrible manager! I have made many, many donations at this location and have never encountered this before.
