My regular professional person at this location is Jessica. She has been cutting my hair for a little over a year. She is the only one whom I prefer to have cutting my hair. She is very professional, courteous and very good at paying attention to detail. I have gone in for a haircut only to find out she was not there and I just return another day when she is there. Thank you for hiring such an admirable person.

I signed in for a haircut that said the wait time was 23 minutes, and I came in at 6:47, then I wasn’t given my haircut until around 7:30, then I didnt get out until 8:29. They had bad service, didn’t give me the exact haircut of the photo I showed them. On top of all this they didn’t honor any coupons I showed them either. Last customers of the day and showed no remorse. Absolutely sickening.

I went in for a haircut yesterday and was asked about the clipper number in my file. I told him I wasn’t sure what number would be good and instead showed the guy a picture of how I wanted it be cut. He cut it waaaay, waaaay, waaaay shorter than I requested.
He didn’t once process the new information in front of him and just blindly followed the file like a robot. Not a hint of service to be found.
As per usual, when it comes to the service industry, guys are useless. They’re completely incapable of listening.

Got my hair cut by Vivian she gave me exactly what i wanted and more! an amazing experience, never felt awkward, overall 10/10 and she was just so beautiful :P definitely recommend going to see vivian!!!

I was in on Tuesday the 15th. Wow they did a terrible job on my kid. Like a drunk pair of scissors went crazy. There are choppy lines and crooked curves where bangs should be.
I really hope somebody can fix this before school starts. I will never come back to this location.

Kyle Great Clips, 6/28/2025 Checked in online, waited, came in when the roster said 4 in line. Cathy checked me in as onsite, she was finishing a customer, I sat down. After the guy left, and I was there, some woman came in, was not on the list, and Cathy took her back, washed her hair, and then started cutting her hair. No word from Cathy. I patiently waited a while longer, then left. So much for being next. Never coming back.

The manager, Cathy, cut my uncle's hair today and she ruined it because all she cared about was the time it seemed. Not personable, and seemed on edge. I did my research, and great clips expects you to cut hair within 12 minutes? This is ridiculous places like this are still open. Would it be too hard for the company to have someone in management who is still passionate? Will be sharing my experience with the city of Kyle to let them know to avoid this place.
